We are going to have to work together without partisan politics or partisan religion. This is about saving our buts. This is not about black, or white, red or yellow it is about truth, justice, and the American way. It is about life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. America became great because of these great concepts laid down by our forefathers. Without them we will revert back to the Dark Ages.

Here is a new take on Citizen's rights...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVVzHuRD0yo&feature=related
The Cabal Members and their 6,000 or so minions are now quitting their banking positions in the hundreds and soon to be thousands, because the individual states filed the proper paperwork to become independent of the US Corporation (own by the Federal Reverse Bank, who's controlled by the Cabal)... which means that the US Military must obey what the states want, and not what the cabal wants!
This is HUGE! The military is sick and tired of following the orders of the Cabal as they know it's totally wrong... but they were forced to because it's the law. They must follow what the governing body tells them to do, and that governing body has been the United States Corporation which is controlled by the Elite Illuminati Gangsters. They have put the US Corporation in debt Trillions of Dollars through fraudulent actions of passing the losses on it, while stealing the profits through companies like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase.

WHY PEOPLE ARE POOR...
I don't know but do you think there might be a nexus here somewhere?
VERY INTERESTING ALL THE WAY TO THE END....
10 Poorest Cities in America and how did it happen?
City, State, % of People Below the Poverty Level
1. Detroit , MI 32.5%
2. Buffalo , NY 29.9%
3. Cincinnati, OH 27.8%
4. Cleveland , OH 27.0%
5. Miami , FL 26.9%
6. St. Louis , MO 26.8%
7. El Paso , TX 26.4%
8. Milwaukee , WI 26.2%
9. Philadelphia, PA 25.1%
10. Newark , NJ 24.2%
U.S. Census Bureau, 2006 American Community Survey, August 2007
What do the top ten cities (over 250,000) with the highest poverty rate all have in common?
Detroit, MI (1st on the poverty rate list) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1961
Buffalo, NY (2nd) hasn't elected one since 1954
Cincinnati, OH - (3rd)..since 1984
Cleveland, OH - (4th).. since 1989
Miami, FL - (5th) has never had a Republican mayor
St. Louis, MO - (6th)..since 1949
El Paso, TX - (7th) has never had a Republican mayor
Milwaukee , WI - (8th)..since 1908
Philadelphia, PA - (9th).. since 1952
Newark, NJ - (10th)...since 1907.
Einstein once said,
'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'
It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats ... yet they are still POOR.
"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." --Abraham Lincoln
Then you have the fractional reserve banking system siphoning money out of the economy... There is no money available for them to start a business.
INTERNET TAKEOVER BILL-- BLOGS & SOCIAL NETWORKING BANNED
Here's their next move: The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, or CISPA, would obliterate any semblance of online privacy in the United States.
And CISPA would provide a victory for content owners who were shell-shocked by the unprecedented outpouring of activism in opposition to SOPA and Internet censorship. The House of Representatives is planning to take up CISPA later this month. Click here to ask your lawmakers to oppose it.
SOPA was pushed as a remedy to the supposed economic threat of online piracy -- but economic fear-mongering didn't quite do the trick.
So those concerned about copyright are engaging in sleight of hand, appending their legislation to a bill that most Americans will assume is about keeping them safe from bad guys.
This so-called cyber security bill aims to prevent theft of "government information" and "intellectual property" and could let ISPs block your access to websites -- or the whole Internet.
Don't let them push this back-door SOPA. Click here to demand that your lawmakers oppose CISPA.
CISPA also encourages companies to share information about you with the government and other corporations.
That data could then be used for just about anything -- from prosecuting crimes to ad placements.
And perhaps worst of all, CISPA supercedes all other online privacy protections.
Please click here to urge your lawmakers to oppose CISPA when it comes up for a vote this month.
Thanks for fighting for the Internet.

ELECTED SHERIFF STRIPPED OF POWERS...
ELECTED SHERIFF STRIPPED OF POWERS
• Delaware attorney general strips county sheriffs of arrest powers
By Pat Shannan
Sheriff Jeff Christopher of Sussex County, Delaware, when he was elected to the office in 2010, thought he was handpicked by the people to represent them as the highest-ranking law officer in the county. Instead, he has found himself in the middle of a fight for the future of American law enforcement as a result of a nationwide effort to abolish the sheriff’s office altogether.
It is one more example of federal and state governments ignoring the will of the people as well state laws. In the case of Delaware, the state’s own constitution stipulates that the office of the sheriff is a constitutionally created position just like the secretary of state and the attorney general. Delaware’s Constitution states: “The sheriffs shall be conservators of the peace within the counties . . . in which they reside.”
This time it is Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, son of Vice President Joe Biden, sending out mandates to commissioners informing them that their sheriffs no longer have arrest powers. In an opinion released Feb. 24, State Solicitor L.W. Lewis said that neither the state nor the common law grants arrest powers to the county sheriffs.
It would appear that Lewis is a little confused. The office of sheriff was created more than a century before the official founding of the United States. Delaware’s first sheriff took office in 1669.
Christopher tells AFP that the two administrations prior to his—as far back as 2000—began to notice a reduction in funding and the chipping away of powers of the office in general.
“Now my deputies and I have been relieved of all arrest powers and can’t even make a traffic stop,” he said. “Delaware has only three counties. . . The other two sheriffs . . . will not stand up with me” to prevent the elimination of county law enforcement, he said.
During an interview at the Las Vegas Sheriffs Conference in January, Christopher told AFP that the impotence of his office was brought home to him when he was hit in the eye and kicked by County Councilman Vance Phillips but was unable to arrest him.
Beau Biden’s questionable ruling against the longtime tradition of the sheriff being the highest ranking law enforcement officer in the county because of election by the people means the state’s usurpation of the office appears to be a forthcoming fact.
County spokesman Chip Guy announced, “The opinion from the attorney general’s office reinforces what has long been the position of the county [that] Delaware sheriffs and their deputies do not have arrest powers and are not in the same vein as state police or municipal officers.”

MESSAGE FROM CONGRESSMAN DON YOUNG ON Economy...
Monday, April 9, 2012 11:55 AM
Dear Mr. Kroll,
Thank you for contacting me regarding Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. This is a complicated issue and I appreciate having the benefit of your thoughts.
The current budget situation is critical and the numbers are unfathomable. Over the next several years we will add trillion-dollar deficits to our already growing $14 trillion debt. As a result, we have left ourselves and future generations far too dependent on our creditors; 40 percent of whom are foreign governments. In the coming years, our debt will eclipse our entire economy, and grow to catastrophic levels. On our current path, future generations will see both the Federal government, and the taxes needed to support it, double in size.
Since taking office, President Obama has signed into law spending increases of nearly 25 percent for domestic government agencies – an 84 percent increase when you include the failed stimulus. All of this new government spending was sold to the Congress and the American people as "investment." Yet after two years, the unemployment rate remains above 9 percent and government has added over $3 trillion to our debt. These numbers do not even include the new open-ended health care entitlement program.
As this year's budget process has been complicated, let me first clear up some of the confusion. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2010, the U.S. Government spent $3.5 trillion and collected only $2.2 trillion in revenue, resulting in a budget deficit of $1.3 trillion (8.9 percent of U.S. GDP). On April 15, 2011, the House passed H.Con.Res34, to establish a budgetary framework for FY2012 and outline appropriate budgetary levels for FY2013 through FY2021. I supported this budgetary guide because it takes the U.S.off the path of destruction we are currently following and it puts us on a path to prosperity. One major issue of contention with H.Con.Res.34 is with the Medicare and Medicaid reform provisions.
As it now stands, Medicare is unsustainable; it grows at 7 percent per year. By 2020, the Medicare program will become insolvent and by 2037, in large part due to Medicare and other entitlements, our budget will be 200 percent the size of the U.S.economy. By comparison, Greece's economy collapsed when its budget was 113-150 percent the size of its economy. If we are to keep Medicare running and save this country from crushing debt and economic ruin, some reforms must be considered.
H.Con.Res. 34 proposes to create a plan which uses a "premium support" payment, similar to what Members of Congress and all Federal employees have, to allow people to choose from a variety of health care plans. Under this proposal, no one over the age of 55 will be affected; their benefits are 100 percent preserved and their coverage will not be changed. However, for those under the age of 55, Congress must begin to restructure the program. If Congress does not make changes to Medicare, then by the time my children are ready to start using Medicare and my grandchildren are in their 30's and 40's, there will be no Medicare. New seniors, those under 55, may have to pay a little more for health insurance in 2020. However, if nothing is done, seniors will eventually have to pay for ALL health insurance themselves.
As for Medicaid, this budget converts the Federal share of Medicaid spending into a block grant that lets States create a range of options and gives Medicaid patients access to better care. The budget proposes similar reforms to food stamps, ending the flawed incentive structure that rewards states for adding to the program's rolls. Please know that this budget does NOT make these reforms law. It merely outlines a framework through which Medicare could be reformed. As Congress debates the details, I will ensure that Alaskans are not forgotten.
On August 1, 2011, with the debt-ceiling default date just a day away, the House debated S. 365, the Budget Control Act of 2011. This fiercely-negotiated, bipartisan compromise between the House, Senate, and the President, passed the House by a vote of 261-161, the Senate by a vote of 74-26, and was signed into law on August 2, 2011. Given the extraordinary measures it took to reach this agreement, I believe this was the only bill that could have passed both the House and Senate chambers.
S. 365 was a fair compromise. It contained more spending reductions than debt limit increase and it imposed spending caps that would set clear limits on future spending and serve as a barrier against government expansion while the economy grows. Additionally, S. 365 created a Joint Committee on Deficit Reduction, which was tasked with producing a proposal to reduce the deficit by at least $1.5 trillion over 10 years, and it required the consideration of a Balanced Budget Amendment by both the House and Senate. This legislation contained no tax increases, provided a means to prevent a future default, and exempted Social Security, Medicaid, veterans, and civil and military pay.
Once again, thank you for expressing your views on this issue. GREETINGS SLAVES OF THE LIVESTOCK MANAGEMENT...
GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH
THE WHOLE WORLD JUST KEEPS GETTING DEADDER AND DEADDER.
GREETINGS SLAVES OF THE LIVESTOCK MANAGEMENT
One out of every six Americans is struggling with hunger.
One out of every hundred Americans is in jail. This is more than six times as many per capita as China and practically every other nation on Earth.
One in 30 people in jail is a white man.
One in 9 is a black man.
This nation has reinstated the slave trade. It’s now big business competing with Mexico and other foreign countries. Prisoners now manufacture virtually all the military helmets, police helmets, munitions vests, ammunition belts, 93% of paints, and 20 % of all office furniture.
The jail business, truly is, big business.
Between 1945 and 1998, 2053 nuclear bombs were detonated.
During those 53 years the US detonated 1032 nuclear bombs—mostly in and around Nevada.
Russia detonated 715 many of them above ground tests polluting most of Siberia.
France detonated 210 nuclear bombs many of them in the South Pacific..
Britain set off 45.
China 30.
Israel 4.
Pakistan 2.
Is it any wonder why flowers and plants are mutating, bees dying, cancer rates are esculating, cattle and deer contracting mad cow disease etc. etc...
Then you have tidal waves destroying four nuclear reactors in Japan spewing radioactive cesium gas and other contaminates all around the world.
The world will soon be a different place as people and animals are exterminated by recless irresponsible governments.
