"TELL ME" SHE BEGGED
Kirsty was bubbling. "I only just heard!" she exclaimed."But
I'm told you already know about this."
She crashed onto a chair and looked me straight in the eye.
"Well, what do you know about them - about those six Israelis
dressed as Levitical priests who tried to get into the chamber?"
I just looked at her. But she was not going to let go. "You've
got to tell me," she pressed. "You know, the chamber that
contains the Ark... the Ark of the Covenant. Well... what
happened to them? Were they rabbis?"
I paused for a few moments, studying her wide eyes, and wondering
how much should be revealed.
"We don’t know if they were rabbis or not," I replied. "However,
we were in Jerusalem at the time. And we had direct inter-action
with one person involved.
"The Ark of the Covenant is calculated to be 370 feet north of the
old city wall of Jerusalem - which would locate it in occupied Arab
territory.
"As you may be aware, the late Yasser Arafat had every intention
of getting Jerusalem back, including this area. And the U.N. and
the United States seemed to be intent on forcing Israel to
accept that situation.
Well, it seems the Israeli authorities wanted to move the Ark of
the Covenant out of occupied territory, into their own territory.
So, reportedly, they allowed or arranged for six men, who were
dressed in the ancient Levitical garb, to go in and move the Ark."
YOU DON'T ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS
This is a rather sensitive issue, I explained to Kirsty.
In fact, in matters like this you don't ask too many questions.
One learns from experience that it's best not to get too nosey.
To put you, as well as Kirsty, in the picture, my wife Josephine
and I had arranged to meet our archaeologist friend Ron in
Jerusalem.
However, on this occasion he was delayed in Nashville, Tennesseee,
due to a minor operation. Our schedule demanded that we fly out
before he arrived.
On visits to Israel, Ron has quite often stopped by the
Antiquities office and asked if there was anything he could help
them with.
He had some electronic equipment and some experience using it,
so our team was able to help find things that they sometimes had
problems locating.
With electronics, one can, for example, see if there is something
in a cave, before going to the bother of opening it. So the
Antiquities guys have had the team do some of this.
On this particular occasion they just said, “Well, yes, we do
have a problem you can help us with.”
So that night Ron was to meet them down at Zedekiah’s Cave.
They went in. Once inside the cave, at the entrance to the tunnel
that goes north, they stopped.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?
The Antiquities men announced: “Six men went down this tunnel to
move the Ark to a safer place. And they didn’t come out. Would you
go see what happened to them?”
Well, the Israelis are not cowards, by any stretch of the
imagination.
As it was, the six missing men who entered the tunnel had
walkie-talkies (two-way radios). Undoubtedly they were in contact
with others at the entrance to the tunnel.
We can only surmise that they must have made some horrifying
noises as they died. Otherwise some people would have gone in to
see what happened to them. Nobody would go in.
Well, when Ron went in, there were the six men, all dead.
From the beginning of the tunnel in Zedekiah’s Cave to the
actual chamber containing the Ark of the Covenant is an estimated
370 feet (about 114 meters).
The six men had progressed approximately 70 feet (21 meters)
along the tunnel when they died. All of them died of stroke.
In my subsequent investigation of the event, I was informed that
every one of them was found with both eyes crossed – which a
medical doctor assured me was evidence of a bilateral stroke (
a stroke occurring on both sides of the body).
This allegedly befell all six of them.
Anyway, when Ron saw what had happened, he went back out and told
the Antiquities guys.
They had brought along some rescue baskets made of light-weight
alloy, with ropes tied to them, in case Ron was able to go in.
So he took a basket, and picked up the bodies one at a time, and
put them in the basket, holding it upright, as the men at the
tunnel entrance pulled the basket out.
When they got one to the entrance of the tunnel, Ron took another
one, then went back and did another, until they got all six of the
bodies out.
Ron didn’t ask what they did with them. He didn’t ask anything. He
was asked not to say anything.
But this did appear in a couple of newspapers – that there had been
six Israelis who had died in an effort to retrieve a national
artefact.
Because it was in the papers, some folk have asked if we knew
about it. The answer, of course, is yes. For this reason I have
shared the above information.
This incident may remind you of some Old Testament accounts in
which unauthorised men who approached, touched or looked into
the Ark dropped dead.
So apparently, nothing has changed. The Ark remains a very sacred
object. And if you ask me, it will remain where it is and no one
will move it.
WALKING ON A KNIFE EDGE
Of course, as you are aware, Israel today is on tenterhooks. The
government is nervous. It does not want war. Neither do most of
the people, whether Israeli or Arab.
But it is against this background that we must view the current
official attitude toward the reported Ark of the Covenant
discovery. You won't get them to admit much.
Whatever way you view it, that ancient golden chest from Solomon's
Temple is potentially the most explosive object on earth…
archaeologically, politically and religiously.
The barrier of silence should not surprise us. In virtually every
country, official denials of numerous matters are standard
procedure. And in such cases, almost all personnel even in the
department concerned are kept in the dark.
CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE
A classic example of the denials policy in action was seen in
April, 1995, after Channel 7 radio in Israel broke the news
that Foreign Minister Shimon Peres had met with the Pope with
a proposal to place the Old City of Jerusalem under Vatican
control.
Israel's ambassador in Rome, Shmuel Hadas, and Peres himself,
denied such a plan.
However, a copy of a telegram sent by Miriam Ziv to the Foreign
Ministry in Jerusalem, outlining Peres' planes, surfaced and
was printed in the "Hatzofe" newspaper.
Former Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir told the "Jewish Press"
that:
"This is similar to Peres' denial that there was ever a letter
with promises to Arafat about Jerusalem and later the letter
surfaced. Now this telegram was revealed. Who knows what else
they are concealing from the public?" (Issue of April 14-20,
1995)
IT'S TIME TO SPEAK UP
Anyway, Henry Kroll, something has to be told. So, after much
consideration, I'm about to rip apart a curtain of silence about
the Ark.
Yes, yes... I know. The Ark's been reported in Ethiopia...
in Jordan... in Egypt... and a dozen other places.
Indeed, there have to be replicas. But originals? There can be
only one. And that's what we're talking about.
You won't want to miss this incredible true story.
Here are revealed the down-to-earth inside secrets about a lost
treasure... a dangerous search... and an almost unbelievable
discovery claim.
And yet, when you face all the strands of evidence, what else
could it be?
I'll take you along a trail of archaeological surprises, through
forgotten history and right up until now.
Why did an Israeli ex-Secret service agent say to me, "you have
just filled in the missing gaps in what I already knew"?
What sinister secret associated with the Ark is being covered
up?

Forced Drugging of US Troops...

Forced Mass Drugging of US Troops an Underreported Scandal

Soldiers being forced to pop pills by exempt officer class
Alex Jones & Paul Joseph Watson

August 19, 2013
The mass drugging of US troops is one of the most underreported scandals of the modern era, with soldiers not only being used as guinea pigs in a brave new world of pharmacological experimentation, but also having their rights stripped as a result.

Sgt. Joe Biggs recently joined the Alex Jones Show to describe in shocking details how he witnessed soldiers in Afghanistan displaying careless ignorance of the threat posed by IED’s because the troops were high on Percocet, a prescription painkiller based on oxycodone, a Schedule II narcotic analgesic which is derived from opium.
While US troops are supposedly guarding the poppy fields in Afghanistan (even as opium production continues to hit record highs),increasing numbers of American soldiers are becoming hooked on opiates, some of which are being prescribed to them.
There is now an epidemic of drug use in the U.S. military. Figures show that, “Since 1999, failed drug tests have increased in the U.S. Air Force by 82%, and in the U.S. Army by 37%.”
As Mike Adams documents, the Defense Department notes that “20 percent of U.S. troops are on psychiatric drugs, and that they are often handed as much as a 180-day supply of those pills before being deployed.”
The most underreported aspect of this whole scandal however is that troops are in many cases being forced to take prescription drugs against their will, while those in the officer class are often exempt from both the drugs and the increasing number of dangerous vaccines that are mandatory for new recruits.
“U.S. troops are being forced to take drugs like Prozac and Seroquel for anxiety and depression. Troops cannot refuse to take the drugs without consequences from their superiors. Resistance by U.S. troops to their orders is also running high. Some U.S. military patrols decline to carry out their “search and kill” missions and, instead, return to their bases claiming they carried out their orders,” reported Veterans for America.
Other drugs like Mefloquine are also causing soldiers to go on killing rampages, such as last year’s incident when Robert Bales shot dead 17 Afghan civilians including nine children. Drug abuse is also a core factor behind the shocking rise in soldiers committing suicide. A full third of all military suicides are attributed to side-effects from medication
However, the cycle of drug abuse does not end for US troops when they leave the military. Once hooked on prescription medications, veterans are forced to visit psychologists who diagnose them with mental disorders in order to keep a steady supply of drugs flowing and feed the dependency.
This in turn relegates veterans to become second class citizens, with their right to bear arms stripped as a result of being permanently labeled as having post traumatic stress disorder.
One of the core reasons why the Pentagon is encouraging the mass drugging of US troops is to grease the skids for the Marshal Plan, a long term agenda that will see all soldiers permanently drugged in order to produce “behavior-modifying and performance-enhancing characteristics”.
The mass drugging of US troops is another aspect of government social engineering. It is about creating yet another huge sector of society – just like children in school or foster care – whose dependence on the state is secured via the method of artificially creating a dangerous dependence on drugs.

Best Teacher won award...

---------------------------- Original Message ----------------------------
Subject: Fw: Now She Is A Teacher !!!!

        NOW SHE IS A TEACHER!!!

In September of 2005, on the first day of school, Martha Cothren,
a History teacher at Robinson High School in Little Rock, did
something not to be forgotten. On the first day of school,
with the permission of the school superintendent, the principal
and the building supervisor, she removed all of the desks in her
classroom. When the first period kids entered the room they
discovered that there were no desks. 'Ms. Cothren, where are our
desks?'

She replied, 'You can't have a desk until you tell me how you earn
the right to sit at a desk.'

They thought, 'Well, maybe it's our grades.' 'No,' she sa' Maybe
it's our behavior.' She told them, 'No, it's not even your
behavior.'

And so, they came and went, the first period, second period, third
period. Still no desks in the classroom. Kids called their parents
to tell them what was happening and by early afternoon television
news crews had started gathering at the school to report about
this crazy teacher who had taken all the desks out of her room.

The final period of the day came and as the puzzled students found
seats on the floor of the desk-less classroom. Martha Cothren
said, 'Throughout the day no one has been able to tell me just
what he or she has done to earn the right to sit at the desks that
are ordinarily found in this classroom. Now I am going to tell
you.'

At this point, Martha Cothren went over to the door of her
classroom and opened it. Twenty-seven (27) U.S. Veterans, all in
uniform, walked into that classroom, each one carrying a school
desk.

The Vets began placing the school desks in rows, and then they
would walk over and stand alongside the wall. By the time the last
soldier had set the final desk in place those kids started to
understand, perhaps for the first time in their lives, just how
the right to sit at those desks had been earned.

Martha said, 'You didn't earn the right to sit at these desks.
These heroes did it for you. They placed the desks here for you.

They went halfway around the world, giving up their education and
interrupting their careers and families so you could have the
freedom you have. Now, it's up to you to sit in them. It is your
responsibility to learn, to be good students, to be good citizens.
They paid the price so that you could have the freedom to get an
education.

        Don't ever forget it.'

By the way, this is a true story. And this teacher was awarded
Veterans of Foreign Wars Teacher of the Year for the State of
Arkansas in 2006. She is the daughter of a WWII POW.

Do you think this email is worth passing along so others

won't forget either, that the freedoms we have in this great country

        were earned by our U. S. Veterans? ................... I

        did.

Let us always remember the men and women of our military and the
rights

        they have won for us.

        Blessings abound in our USA!

A GOOD IDEA

What do you all   think about this concept?

By Craig   Andresen

It’s going to be an ugly   campaign.
We all know it and we’re ready for it, but it’s going to be the   ugliest, nastiest and dirtiest campaign in history.

Why NOT take the early   lead?If Romneyt   takes this advice, it will send a clear message to the Republican   establishment that conservatives aren’t going to do business as usual any   more.  It would shake the establishment and pull together conservative   voters.

He would pull together the   conservative vote.

Here is a little something   else this would do… It would shake the Obama campaign to its   core.

As soon as the 1,144   delegates are in hand, WHOEVER garners them either at the convention or   before… put this into motion.

R ather than a leisurely   march toward a VP nominee or a surprise VP announcement like we got in 2008,   vet the possible VPs NOW and stand ready to announce the running mate in a   nationally televised press conference the day after the delegates are in   hand.

Make the VP choice Allen   West.

Having Congressman West in   the VP slot makes him a TRIPLE THREAT and a VP who WILL redefine the   role.  Triple threat?  As the Vice President he would attend to the   regular duties and be a heartbeat away from the presidency.  As Vice   President, West would also act as a second Secretary of State in difficult   diplomatic negotiations.  AND… A Vice President West would work in   concert with the Secretary of Defense to realign our military and redefine its   role.
Triple threat!

Oh, but this is just the   START of the strategy! As soon as the Presidential   nominee has introduced West as the running mate… THE NOMINEE WOULD THEN   INTRODUCE HIS SECRETARY OF STATE NOMINEE… John Bolton.

As a former Ambassador to   the United Nations there is nobody with a better handle on the world’s issues   or more familiar with the players.  John Bolton is tough, straight   forward and not likely to appease ANYONE.Now, you have the nominee on   stage, the VP choice and the Secretary of State nominee… Let’s not stop   there.

Next to walk onto the   stage…Sarah   Palin… Nominee for Secretary of Energy.

Palin’s directive… Set us   on the path toward energy independence in 10 years.  Can you think of a   better choice?  Anyone more invested in that goal?  Anyone who is   more knowledgeable or adept?  I don’t.Can you feel the ground starting to   shake?

Next out of ts and   onto the stage… The nominee for Secretary of Defense.  Enter… General   David Petreaus.

As great as he was fighting   a Politically C orrect (PC) war, imagine what he’ll be like once he and West   have pressed the reset button on our rules of engagement.  In Petraeus we   will have a Secretary of Defense whose mission will be to win.    PERIOD!

Oh… I’m not done yet.    Next up… The nominee for Attorney General… Pam Bondi.

Bondi, Attorney General of   Florida, is a no nonsense fighter who has taken on the current administration   over Obamacare and WILL clean out the corruption rampant in that office   today.  Okay, where are we?  Who is now standing on the stage?    The Presidential nominee and Allen West… John Bolton… Sarah Palin…General   Petreaus and Pam Bondi.

How about a Secretary of   the Treasury?  We would need someone who has worked for YEARS in the tax   field who understands the overwhelming burden of tax codes and who has, for   years fought to restructure those codes.
Welcome Michele Bachmann to the   stage… The nominee for Secretary of the Treasury.

By now, fissures should be   opening in the ground, rumbling coming from the sky and the faint odor of   brimstone should be in the air.
We will need someone new with new ideas to   head up the Fed.  Please welcome Ron Paul.  Yes, I realize this,   under Paul, will be a temporary position; but somehow, I doubt Ron Paul wants   to make a career of running the Fed.

Secretary of the   Interior?  Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana … COME ON   DOWN!

And finally… We need   someone to head up the Department of Homeland Security.  We must have   someone who understands the issues we face.  Someone who has worked in   federal law enforcement.  Someone who won’t take any crap from   anybody.
Please… a round of applause for… Sheriff Joe   Arpaio,
Maricopa County ,   AZ.

Were the GOP nominee to do   this… call a press conference and make such an announcement… it would be   unprecedented.  Never before has a presidential nominee entered the   full-on campaign with a fully assembled team.

Can you IMAGINE the   shock-and-awe wave that would be sent through the Obama campaign were the GOP   nominee to do this?

Think about   it!
From the word GO it would   be unlike any previous presidential campaign.

Instead of simply Nominee X   against Obama we would have Nominee X vs Obama…
Congressman Allen West   vs
. Joe Biden…
John Bolton   vs. Hillary Clinton…
Sarah   Palin vs. Stephen Chu…
General   Petreaus vs. Leon Panetta…
Pam Bondi   vs. Eric Holder…
Michele   Bachmann vs. Tim Geitner…
Ron Paul   vs. Ben Bernake…
Bobby   Jindal vs. Ken Salazar…
Sheriff Joe   Arpaio vs. Janet   Napolitano.

Think about that… Let that   sink in… All campaigning at once.  There would be no way out for Obama as   each and every key player on his team would be exposed and held to account   from the word GO.

It would be a full on   frontal assault and Obama would have no place to hide.

By adopting this proposal,   Obama would be forced into a pot of boiling water or into the fire.  If   he tried to rid himself of baggage he would be exposed as running from his own   record and that of the very people he’s been standing behind for political   expediency.  If he stays with them, he would be forced to defend   them.  Boiling water or a raging fire… his choice.

It’s bold, brash and   completely against the establishment business as usual strategy.  It’s   earth shaking!

An entire assembled team of   key cabinet positions… Each one a pitbull on a T-Bone… hammering their liberal   counterparts on every issue, every day, from the word GO, untilNovember 6th,   2012.

We will have to play the   cards we’re dealt with the GOP nominee, but tell me THIS strategy wouldn’t go   a LONG way toward bringing the conservative voters together.  Tell me   this strategy wouldn’t pull in and appeal to independents.

As voters, using THIS   strategy, we would be voting for the whole team rather than just the standard,   business-as-usual Presidential 2-person ticket.

SUE THE IRS TO COLLECT WHAT IS DUE...

From: Legalbear

Subject: [tips_and_tricks] Giving the IRS an Attitude Adjustment

After § 7433 Suit Filed, IRS Attitude Changes for the Better:

I’m kind of excited. I just got word of what appeared to be a total change of heart by the IRS after receiving a final notice of intent to sue followed by the actual filing of a suit under 26 U.S.C. § 7433.

The IRS had made this couple promises and was not keeping them. When the couple started taking the IRS to task for not keeping the promises they gave them still more runaround. This is such a typical story that I hear all the time.

The couple had already sent a notice of intent to sue based on § 7433. But, when the couple sent a final warning that they intended to file suit and then actually did file the suit, the IRS had change of heart and became kinder and more gentle. They began to leave polite messages on the voice mail and seemed to become very sincere about correcting the errors. It appeared that they were concerned that their actions had resulted in the suit being filed and inquired about the status of the suit.

Beneficial Features of Section 7433:

As you may recall, 26 U.S.C. § 7433(a) provides:

If, in connection with any collection of Federal tax with respect to a taxpayer, any officer or employee of the Internal Revenue Service recklessly or intentionally, or by reason of negligence, disregards any provision of this title, or any regulation promulgated under this title, such taxpayer[1] may bring a civil action for damages against the United States in a district court of the United States.

But, subsection (d) provides limitations:

(1) A judgment for damages shall not be awarded under subsection (b) unless the court determines that the plaintiff has exhausted the administrative remedies…

As some of you know, I’ve been a proponent of using the exhaustion requirement to our advantage. 26 CFR 301.7433-1(e) provides:

An administrative claim…shall be sent in writing to the Area Director, Attn: Compliance Technical Support Manager of the area in which the taxpayer currently resides.

Administrative Claim Letter Success:

Letters sent in compliance with this provision have met with some success.

In all, I am aware of seven instances where levees were released after one of these letters was sent.

I had always said that there was a possibility that somebody would get a check as a result of these letters. A while back that actually happened. Somebody combined my lien and levy research in their letter and got a check back for over $6000 of wrongfully levied funds from the IRS.

Government Does Not Want More Litigation:

I recently got some additional insight as to the distastefulness of litigation to the government when I read the book The Price of Loyalty by Ron Suskind, Simon & Schuster Paperbacks, 2004. The book is about Paul O’Neill’s 1.5 year stint as Secretary of the Treasury. He was trying to make some changes in the ways that executives of corporations were treated. The results will become self-evident as you read:

On page 225:

Shifting the standard to negligence is a huge problem, the SEC chairman said. We just can’t go there. There’s no doubt that we have to prevent gaming the system. But we need a high standard, otherwise we’ll be overwhelmed with litigation.

On page 230:

Three days later, a story ran in the Wall Street Journal about O’Neill’s position on corporate governance and his desire to lift the standard from recklessness to simple negligence. It mentioned that Pitt and Hubbard were against the new standard, “concerned that no matter how it was crafted it will lead to more lawsuits.”

At page 233:

Many of the CEOs seemed to have consulted already with their chief counsels. The one thing they didn’t want was even the slightest uptick in litigation.

At page 239:

The move from recklessness to negligence was dropped for fear it would invite a wave of lawsuits. O’Neill and Greenspan were discouraged. A single issue for the corporate crowd—fear of lawsuits—carried the day, O’Neill said, his outrage boiling over.

So, big corporations and big government, with all of their attorneys and resources, as I suspected, do not want more litigation. An administrative claim for damages, or notice of intent to sue, gives us an opportunity to take advantage of the government’s distaste for litigation.

Success after the Suit has been Filed:

There have been reports of no results from administrative claim letters, but, after hearing about the results described in the first paragraph of this e-mail, it got me to thinking about the results I found in the case law after the suit was filed; for example:

1) Mrs. Shaw received a refund of all the money collected, and the remaining tax liability was abated.  Shaw v. U.S., Fifth Circuit.

2) After filing one of these suits, the government dismissed the criminal action against the 7433 plaintiff.  Fishburn v. Brown, Sixth Circuit, 1997.

3) After filing one of these suits, the IRS returned a seized Cadillac.  Washington v. U.S., Ninth Circuit, 1992.  FE

4) After filing one of these suits, the plaintiff's tax liability "was resolved in the plaintiff's favor in tax court.  Templeman v. U.S., First Circuit, 1994.

5) After filing one of these suits, an injunction restricting state court filings was vacated.  Templeman v. U.S., First Circuit, 1994.

6) After filing one of these suits, improperly levied funds were returned.  Raymond v. U.S., Sixth Circuit, 1993.

7) After filing one of these suits, the government conceded that an assessment was erroneous and released its liens.  Miller v. U.S. (N.D. Cal. 1992).

8) The government provided the forms during the litigation that they had previously refused to. Ball v. U.S., No. 94-2125 (7th Cir. 1995).

It Is Possible to Win Damages off a Section 7433 Suit:

Let’s not forget the 5th Circuit case Gandy Nursery v. U.S. where $388,500 in damages were awarded and $317,738.50 in costs and attorney's fees; plus, post-judgment interest on the $16,800.

Some Suggestions for Those Dealing With IRS:

If you already sent your claim letter:

26 CFR 301.7433-1(d) provides that, “…no action under paragraph (a) of this section shall be maintained in any federal district court before the earlier of the following dates: (i) The date the decision is rendered on a claim filed in accordance with paragraph (e) of this section; or (ii) The date six months after the date an administrative claim is filed…”

If you had a decision on your administrative claim letter, you can go ahead and file your suit, or, you can do like the couple in the first paragraph and send them a warning letter.

If you send an administrative claim letter and less than six months has passed you may want to send a warning letter telling them that the six month deadline is approaching; and that they may want to take action.

If you send an administrative claim letter and more than six months has passed you have the option of sending the warning letter or filing suit.

If you have one of my packages, but have not sent a section 7433 letter:

You may want to go into my package and locate the file 26USC7433. If you need to search your hard drive you should quickly find the file if you search for exactly this: 26USC7433. Once you locate it you should review the notes files and the sample letters. You should also review the statute and the regulation which are here: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/7433

and here: http://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/301.7433-1

I’m sure these have changed since you bought my package. Locate some statutes and regulations that the IRS violated and you will be ready to put together your letter. I am available to review letters; if you would like that please call me: 720 -675 -7230 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM MST.

If you do not have one of my packages, but think it would benefit you to send an administrative claim letter:

My research packages amount to what I call a “shortcut to competence”. If you follow the statute and the regulation there is somebody on the other end that is going to be reading your letter. Because of this, you want your letter to display a certain degree of competence. It must appear in your letter that you’ve done your homework. A competent letter is the shortest route to success; and may save you from having to file suit. If you go to my shopping cart here:

You’ll see you will see THE BIGGEST PACKAGE! THE BIGGEST SAVINGS! This package includes Lien & Levy Thumper-IRS Terminator for CDPH-All Angles Offensive MP3’s-Frivolous Return Penalties Research-Bear’s Online Legal Research Video & Golden FOIAs. This package is normally $577. For the next 10 days (June 13) when you enter IRSAttitudeAdjustment during the checkout process you will save $200 and be able to get the package for just $377. That’s a $1213 savings over what you would pay for these packages separately!

I’m convinced that filing one of these letters, sending a warning letter, and filing suit is one of the quickest and most effective ways of getting some respect from the IRS.

Knowing what your rights are is the first step to getting them:

When the IRS violates our due process rights, most people feel bad. The bad feeling is what tells you that your rights have been violated. However, the bad feeling should only be the trigger that sets in motion a search for the authority, usually from the Supreme Court, establishing the right and explaining it. Understanding this concept is what set me on a search for Supreme Court decisions explaining due process rights. I copied and pasted 34 pages of due process quotes from the Supreme Court with the citations to the cases and quotes and put them here:

If the IRS agent fails to give you all your constitutional rights he could lose his job. I made a video about this and you can view it at the link above. I call this package HOW TO HOLD IRS CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS over THEIR HEAD. This is a tremendous lever to use against IRS personnel, the threat of the loss of their job. Normally I sell this package for $200. Through June 13th, when you enter DueProcessViolations in the coupon code blank on check out you will save $100 and be able to buy these quotes for $100; a 50% savings!

NOTE: If you would like to get both of these packages you must make separate purchases because the shopping cart will only accept one discount code at a time.

[1] The Supreme Court has held that there are two kinds of taxpayers: 1) the taxpayer from whom the tax is sought to be collected; 2) the taxpayer that is subject to the Internal Revenue Code. The court held that a non-taxpayer could not be deprived of remedies under the Code by virtue of that status.
