CLIMATE CHANGE REJECTED BY SUPREME COURT

Obama was put into office for one reason and one reason only. He was put into office to end capitalism, private property ownership and the individual’s right to self-determination. This is all accomplished through Agenda 21 and ultimately what Patrick Wood calls technocracy. Technocracy is the take over of all energy use, thus, ultimately, all finance, through programs such as capping CO2 emission, Cap and Trade, etc.  Carbon credits, under this system is destined to become the new currency.

     When Obama was first elected, he attempted to introduce legislation into the Senate which would have reduced energy output for the United States by 80%. Even the then liberal Senate promptly rejected his proposal. That defeat set Obama into another strategy of implementation, it would have to happen piecemeal and some of the change would have to be implemented at the local level (eg California’s Cap and Trade program). However, the change for this President’s ego did not come fast enough because we are in the final year of Obama’s presidency and he has not completed his main task and HIS ENTIRE CLIMATE CHANGE INITIATIVE WAS REJECTED BY THE CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT BY A 5-4 DEFEAT!!! Scalia was the main opponent.

     This defeat of Obama’s entire climate change initiative should not be overlooked as it puts the United States in direct collision course with the United Nations’ recent COP 21 agreements in Paris, which was blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court, only last week. Again, Justice Scalia was the main opponent. This fact alone should have provided the impetus to conduct an INDEPENDENT autopsy on Scalia’s body.

But as they say in the infomercials, there’s more….

Following the Gulf oil explosion in 2010, I wrote a seven part series entitled The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. It was in that series that I discovered the unmistakable reason that Obama was made president.

Obama (when he was still a still a State Senator in Illinois), Valerie Jarrett and Al Gore headed a group known as the Joyce Foundation. The Joyce Foundation was designed to promote acceptance for carbon trading schemes which could be linked back to George Soros and Al Gore. The intent, as I have previously mentioned was to gain control over the entire economy. The Joyce Foundation eventually set up the Chicago Climate Exchange which was nation’s first bona fide carbon trading company. When Obama’s original carbon trading scheme was rejected in the Senate in 2009, the organization collapsed financially. But Obama’s dream of technocracy did not die with it.

The Joyce Foundation was also instrumental in bringing together NALCO, Goldman Sachs and the EPA in allowing the oil dispersant, Corexit, to be used in the Gulf even though, for health reasons, it had been banned by virtually the entire G20 nations. The conspiracy trail is mighty when it comes to Obama and his pre-presidential years and his complicity into the climate change issue. It was when Obama first became involved in the Joyce Foundation that George Soros, David Rockefeller and company backed this relative unknown for President. By the way, the late Bob Chapman and I both covered how Obama benefited from the use of Corexit through his Vanguard Investment funds (I and II). The link to this claim is listed above.

After I read volumes of material on the Joyce Foundation, it was easy to conclude that Obama was chosen to be President because he would virtually hand over the entire economy to a few wealthy bankers under the guise of climate change. The historical parallel matches why the banksters in 1912 backed Woodrow Wilson for President. The following year, the nation’s banking system was handed over the Rockefellers and their merry gang of banksters and the rest is history.

Conclusion

Scalia was the major impediment to Obama completing his legacy of ushering in technocracy. This, alone, is motive for murder. And when an autopsy is not conducted on a Supreme Court Justice, and then his “Catholic” body is cremated, we should all be more than suspicious.

The ruling states that modern sporting rifles such as AR and AK platforms are not ‘unusual’ or especially dangerous and are, in fact, in common use in the United States as defensive weapons. The same argument applies to standard capacity magazines. These firearms are, therefore, protected under the Second Amendment for civilian use. It sent the lower court’s ruling back for reevaluation. This is a big deal. A Federal appeals court dealt a potentially serious blow to Maryland’s landmark 2013 gun control law and similar measures across the country, ruling Tuesday that a lower court was wrong when it upheld the state’s ban on assault rifles. In a 2-1 decision applauded by gun rights advocates, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit concluded that the semiautomatic weapons and high-capacity magazines banned by Maryland’s Firearm Safety Act “are in common use by law-abiding citizens.” As a result, they don’t fall under the exception to the right to bear arms that applies to “unusual” weapons such as machine guns and hand grenades, the court said. Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh said Thursday that the decision “conflicts sharply with rulings of other federal appellate courts.” Frosh said he would appeal — either to the full 15-member 4th Circuit or to the U.S. Supreme Court. The lower court must now use “strict scrutiny” to uphold the Maryland law banning the rifles and magazines. This is a very difficult, but not impossible, hurdle for the court to jump. France Raids Mosques, What Was Found Should Have Us Demolishing Them ALL.

French police raided a mosque Sunday, finding what they call a “staggering” amount of weapons, ammunition, and terrorist propaganda.
Following the Islamic terror attacks in Paris that killed over 130 people, France has begun raiding mosques, despite cries of “Islamophobia” and racism. However, what police found Muslims hiding there is more than enough to have us demanding they all be torn down.

In a controversial move, a mosque in Lagny-sur-Marne was thoroughly raided by French authorities Sunday after its members were suspected of supporting the Paris terror attacks and the Islamic State What they found was absolutely chilling.
France 24   reports that police uncovered massive stash of 7.62mm Kalashnikov ammunition and ISIS propaganda videos. A revolver and “jihadist documents” were also found at the home of one of the mosque leaders.

At least 334 weapons were confiscated and 232 Muslims were arrested, with 22 under surveillance with travel bans and 9 placed under house arrest.

This is the third mosque to be closed in France since the Paris attack onNovember 13. As a result of the terror attacks, 2,235 homes have been subsequently raided.

“In 15 days we have seized one-third of the quantity of war-grade weapons that are normally seized in a year,” France’s Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told Express  .

Police also found recordings of religious chants “glorifying the martyrs of jihad linked to the terrorist organisation Jabhat al-Nusra,” the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda, the prefecture added.

While those of us on the right warn that more gun control will only leave us defenseless, France has proven it with their own failed policies. All but banning weapons hasn’t stopped Islamic terrorists from obtaining them, as these raids have shown. This is one instance where we should learn from the mistakes of others, rather than making more of our own — mistakes that will cost more American lives than we’ve already seen lost at the hands of those who follow Islam, Allah, and his pedophile prophet.

President of the local Muslim association, Mohammed Ramdane, criticized the police’s closure of the mosque, blaming them for setting up local Muslims.

The ISIS videos were found among an abundance of teaching material for Muslim children of a connected madrassa.

“Nothing has been found,” he claimed. “Nothing is hidden, we don’t hide anything.”

So far, the Schengen Agreement allows the EU’s 400 million residents and other non-EU nationals to freely cross Europe without showing an ID or waiting to be screened. Because of it, thousands who support Islamic terror and wish to terrorize European civilians are now in Europe.

Although the left attempts to argue that most mosques won’t harbor weapons or terrorists, we must remember that it only took a handful of Muslims to slaughter more than 130 people in Paris. Of course, political correctness has perpetuated these attacks, making witnesses afraid to come forward with information for fear they will be labeled racist or Islamophobic.

Still, these mosques are teaching from the Quran, the same book that contains 109 verses that command all Muslims to be violent and slaughter unbelievers in order to receive an eternal reward. In case any of these imams or Muslim mosque goers decide that the Quran is actually peaceful and not to be taken literally, they only need to look at the only “interpretation” that Allah said matters — Muhammad’s.
As the messenger of Allah, Muhammad wasn’t only charged with preaching the divine revelation, but modeling it for followers to copy.Because Muhammad beheaded, raped, enslaved, and conquered until the day of his death, Muslims must behead, rape, enslave, and conquer as he did. If they do not emulate their prophet to the best of their ability, the Quran states that they are hypocrites who will share hell with their infidel friends.

Because Islam is enshrouded by the term “religion,” we have been fooled into thinking that it must be tolerated and even respected. We must buck the notion that all religions are created equal. All religions are ideologies, and therefore, can never be equal. Because Islam is more violent and produces more terrorists than all other religions combined, tolerance of it would mean our own non-existence.

After the Boston bombing the news media spent days and weeks trying to determine why these men did what they did.  They want to know what America did to make these  brothers so angry with us.
 
They want to know why these men were not arrested before they did something so terrible.
 
The media is in a tizzy about this new era of homegrown radicals and about why and how they can live among us and still hate us.

I don't quiz a rattlesnake to see if I can find out where the other snakes  are, because (a) it won't tell me and (b) I already know they live on my place. So, I just kill the rattlesnake and move on to the next one.
 
I don't look for ways I might be able to change the rattlesnake to a non-poisonous rat snake. I just kill it. Oh, and on occasion, I accidentally kill a rat snake because I thought it was a rattlesnake at the time.
 
Also, I know for every rattlesnake I kill, two more are lurking out there in the brush. In my lifetime I will never be able to rid my place of rattlesnakes.
 
Do I fear them?  Not really. Do I respect what they can do to me and my family?  Yes!
 
And because of that respect, I give them the fair justice they deserve. I kill them.  As a country, we should start  giving more  thought to the fact that these jihadists' are telling the world their goal is to kill Americans and destroy our way of life.
 
 
They have posted graphic videos on the internet showing them beheading Americans. They are serious.  They are exactly like rattlesnakes. It is high time for us to start acting accordingly!

This compares to a "legal American Citizen single pensioner ",who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years, can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012 in
old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement. ( Seeing more RED ? )

When the Senate returns in a little more than a week, expect this fight to heat up again.

Lynch's anti-freedom record is atrocious . . .

During her Capitol Hill confirmation hearings, she refused to answer direct questions about your Second Amendment rights, yet she called anti-gun provisions in the PATRIOT ACT, "constitutional and effective."

She served on an "Advisory Committee" to Eric Holder during his gun-smuggling operation, "Fast & Furious."

And while a U.S. Attorney in New York, she used a process known as civil asset forfeiture to seize private property -- a process that state has used to confiscate firearms from deceased concealed permit holders.

Now isn't the time to let up the heat on Republican Senators urging them to OPPOSE Lynch's nomination.

I HAVE A 36-FOOT BRYANT FIBERGLASS LANDING CRAFT. I am over age 70 and too crippeled with arthritis to do much with the boat. It would make a lot of money chartered to one of the oil companies for standby oil spill cleanup. The doors open up in front to carry large objects.

It can carry a pickup truck or six four wheelers for a big cariboo hunt. You could load it up with deer meat on Kodiak Island or moose on the west side of Cook Inlet in Chinitna Bay or Point Harriet. It sleeps two but if you removed the engines and installed two large outboard motors you could extend the cabin aft to sleep six more people.

It is powered with two V-8, 350 cubic-inch, Chevys. I would install two 220 hp Cummings diesels or two 300 hp Yamaha outboard motors. 

It has a 12-mile radar, two VHF transmitters, two sounders, and a CB radio. It comes with lots of fishing gear and a fifty pound bucket of halibut jiggs. 

I want $35,000.00 and plan to use the money to build a church.

Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the 0bama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.  The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S.  and had language that would have implemented aninternational gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo.
