INCREASE INTELLIGENCE TO SAVE THE WORLD

INTELLIGENT EVOLUTION? Intelligent, self-aware, life-forms cannot evolve fast enough between extinctions on any planet without outside help. This statement of course depends on the location of said planet. We happen to live in a cluster of 100 or so stars gravitationally ruled by two larger stars than our sun and they are Procyon and Sirius. Both of those oddball stars are not from our galaxy because both have little white dwarf stars orbiting them. Sirius A has a titanium atmosphere. They were not born in the same place as our sun. Don’t let size fool you. Sirius B, the size of Earth has 1.5 solar masses and put out more than 100-times the light of the Sun mostly in the UV spectrum in the 350 to 400 nanometer wave lengths and responsible for creating most of the coal, oil and limestone on Earth. In other words, that little object has more gravity than our entire solar system including the all planets. One teaspoonful of Sirius B would weigh more than a city bus. To make a white dwarf a star has to be six solar masses or larger say 100-solar or more masses to where they cook away fast turning hydrogen into helium and other heavier elements. Eventually they become fifty percent iron and other heavy elements. The gravitational forces become so great that they collapse into a white dwarf or a neutron star. For example, if Sirius B was six solar masses or larger before it became a white dwarf of 1.5 solar masses then 4.5 solar masses of silicon and iron sprayed out in all directions at a hundred-thousand, miles per hour. We live in a dangerous neighborhood! Earth has undergone five major extinctions and several minor ones in between. The extinctions occur regularly every 26-million years. The Permian Extinction wiped out 98% of all life on Earth including half the bacteria. If you don’t believe in extraterrestrial visitation, then, where did the 30-million species of plants and animals come from we have today? Obviously someone is going around seeding planets between extinctions. I believe intelligent self-aware life forms have evolved in clusters of stars in close proximity like the Pleiades because they may have fewer killer meteorites in the area to cause extinctions. In addition, the ultraviolet light from the newer white stars in that cluster tend to speed up evolution of plants because some planets in the area would have some light coming in most all day, whatever the length of their days is if its 20, 50 or 100-hours. Archeologists are finding more and more evidence of intelligent humanoid life forms and giants living on Earth millions and hundreds of millions of years in the past. Who built the megalithic stone walls high in the Ural Mountains of Russia? Who built the huge stone walls in New Zealand and the underground stone buildings? Who build the underground stone walls in Texas that extend for a quarter-mile? Each stone was perfectly cut stone weighing several tons. Who carved the perfectly carved Yogini Monument stones in 200-feet of water off the coast of Japan? Who carved the Dashka stone map believed to be 120-million years old? The stone map is highly detailed map of a specific area of the Ural Mountains that has not changed much in millions of years. The original stone map was huge depicted an area of several hundred square miles but was broken into several pieces during the previous Ice Ages. I could go on and on about wheels in coal seams a hundred feet underground. Stone coffins found in Russia believed to be millions of years old with a beautiful white lady inside submersed in a pink liquid. These discoveries aren’t mentioned on the News because they don’t fit the mainstream narrative that we are the only population that ever existed on Earth. I am now convinced that our present human population would not exist at all if it weren’t for the Nephilim or Anunnaki who according to the Sumerian clay tablets came to Earth to mine gold. They turned the gold into the white powder that has antigravity properties to spray in the atmosphere of their home planet to protect it from radiation. This indicated to me that their home planet has to be in the Sirius system because little Sirius B puts out more than 100-time the light of our sun in the 350 to 400 nanometer ultraviolet light that is harmful to bacteria and other life forms. On this planet our government sprays aluminum powder, boron and virus over major cities in the name of weather modification when in fact, it is shorten our life spans and to keep us dumbed down and docile. According to the Bible, the Nephilim gods created Adam from the earth. They didn’t actually use dirt from the earth. They used DNA from some indigenous specie (or earthling) and some of their own DNA because they needed smaller slave workers to go underground to mine gold. The Bible says they took one of Adams ribs (DNA) to clone Eve so he would have a compatible mate to produce more slaves. Things got out of hand when Eve figured out that they were created to be slaves to reproduce to create more slaves so they got the Hell out of Eden. They also mated with other indigenous species to populate the Earth as evidenced by present-day DNA analysis showing some Neanderthal DNA. Neanderthals were actually superior in strength and cranial size than modern humans. Analysis of leg bones indicates that they could lift 2000 pounds. Mankind still has the ingrained, genetically-programmed slave mentality to worship anything they don’t understand or any phenomena they cannot rationally explain. As a result, at the present time there are over 5000 religions on Earth. Every one of them is convinced that their religion is superior to all other religions. Some even go to the extreme of torture and death to others to force them to convert to their religion. Some religions are more benign than others and don’t involve human or animal sacrifice. They don’t threat to burn you at a stake or nail you to a cross. In fact, other religions protect all life forms because they are aware of how precious life really is. They believe in the sanctity of all life. Even worms serve a purpose to clean up the mess we leave behind. CLIMATE CHANGE REJECTED BY SUPREME COURT

Obama was put into office for one reason and one reason only. He was put into office to end capitalism, private property ownership and the individual’s right to self-determination. This is all accomplished through Agenda 21 and ultimately what Patrick Wood calls technocracy. Technocracy is the take over of all energy use, thus, ultimately, all finance, through programs such as capping CO2 emission, Cap and Trade, etc.  Carbon credits, under this system is destined to become the new currency.

     When Obama was first elected, he attempted to introduce legislation into the Senate which would have reduced energy output for the United States by 80%. Even the then liberal Senate promptly rejected his proposal. That defeat set Obama into another strategy of implementation, it would have to happen piecemeal and some of the change would have to be implemented at the local level (eg California’s Cap and Trade program). However, the change for this President’s ego did not come fast enough because we are in the final year of Obama’s presidency and he has not completed his main task and HIS ENTIRE CLIMATE CHANGE INITIATIVE WAS REJECTED BY THE CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT BY A 5-4 DEFEAT!!! Scalia was the main opponent.

     This defeat of Obama’s entire climate change initiative should not be overlooked as it puts the United States in direct collision course with the United Nations’ recent COP 21 agreements in Paris, which was blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court, only last week. Again, Justice Scalia was the main opponent. This fact alone should have provided the impetus to conduct an INDEPENDENT autopsy on Scalia’s body.

But as they say in the infomercials, there’s more….

Following the Gulf oil explosion in 2010, I wrote a seven part series entitled The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. It was in that series that I discovered the unmistakable reason that Obama was made president.

Obama (when he was still a still a State Senator in Illinois), Valerie Jarrett and Al Gore headed a group known as the Joyce Foundation. The Joyce Foundation was designed to promote acceptance for carbon trading schemes which could be linked back to George Soros and Al Gore. The intent, as I have previously mentioned was to gain control over the entire economy. The Joyce Foundation eventually set up the Chicago Climate Exchange which was nation’s first bona fide carbon trading company. When Obama’s original carbon trading scheme was rejected in the Senate in 2009, the organization collapsed financially. But Obama’s dream of technocracy did not die with it.

The Joyce Foundation was also instrumental in bringing together NALCO, Goldman Sachs and the EPA in allowing the oil dispersant, Corexit, to be used in the Gulf even though, for health reasons, it had been banned by virtually the entire G20 nations. The conspiracy trail is mighty when it comes to Obama and his pre-presidential years and his complicity into the climate change issue. It was when Obama first became involved in the Joyce Foundation that George Soros, David Rockefeller and company backed this relative unknown for President. By the way, the late Bob Chapman and I both covered how Obama benefited from the use of Corexit through his Vanguard Investment funds (I and II). The link to this claim is listed above.

After I read volumes of material on the Joyce Foundation, it was easy to conclude that Obama was chosen to be President because he would virtually hand over the entire economy to a few wealthy bankers under the guise of climate change. The historical parallel matches why the banksters in 1912 backed Woodrow Wilson for President. The following year, the nation’s banking system was handed over the Rockefellers and their merry gang of banksters and the rest is history.

Conclusion

Scalia was the major impediment to Obama completing his legacy of ushering in technocracy. This, alone, is motive for murder. And when an autopsy is not conducted on a Supreme Court Justice, and then his “Catholic” body is cremated, we should all be more than suspicious.

DA DOES 10 DAYS IN JAIL for sending innocent man to jail for 25 years...

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — A corrupt former prosecutor will face a rare penalty for intentionally withholding evidence in a trial that sent an man to prison 25 years ago. For robbing an innocent man of decades of his life, the ex-D.A. will spend now have to spend 10 days in jail.
The case takes us back more than two decades. On the morning of August 13, 1986, the body of Christine Morton was found beaten to death with a wooden object in her bed. Her sheets were stained with blood and semen, and her credit card was missing. Her husband, Texas grocery store manager Michael Morton had not been home since 5:30 a.m., but was seized as the prime suspect. He had no arrests, convictions, or history of violence against anyone at that time. He was charged and put on trial for his wife’s murder.
The prosecution, led by district attorney Ken Anderson, presented no physical evidence or witnesses that tied Michael Morton to the crime. They hypothesized that Morton had beaten his wife to death before going to work because she refused to have sex with him on his birthday. The prosecution claimed that Morton arranged the scene to look like a burglary, and that he masturbated on his wife’s corpse.

These charges came while Anderson was sitting on evidence that could have redeemed Michael Morton. The Mortons’ 3-year-old son, Eric, had been present during the murder. According to Eric, the murderer was not his daddy, but a “monster.” Young Eric had described the crime scene and murder in great detail, and specifically told investigators that his “Daddy” was “not home” when it happened.
Additionally withheld was the fact that Mortons’ neighbors told investigators that a man had repeatedly parked a green van on the street behind the crime scene and walked off into a nearby wooded area, days before the murder. Then there was the inconvenient fact (for the prosecution) that the victim’s missing credit card had been used at a San Antonio jewelry store.
None of this evidence was released during the trial. On February 17, 1987, Michael Morton was convicted of murder and given a life sentence.
Ken Anderson coldly and knowingly ruined an innocent man’s life to advance his career. The conviction made Anderson look like a hero, and he went on to enjoy a fruitful 25 year career, which eventually propelled him to the position of Williamson County State District Judge.
Morton immediately appealed his conviction, but this appeal was denied. A 1990 DNA test of the bedsheet semen stain failed to clear Morton of the crime because the semen was his own. In 2005, more DNA tests were performed at the request of the Innocence Project and the law firm of Raley & Bowick in Houston. Only some of the evidence was allowed to be tested. Again, the results could not clear Morton, as the DNA samples allowed to be tested matched Morton. After all the crime scene was where he slept, so of course his DNA would be found everywhere. Only the discovery of foreign DNA would redeem Morton.
Finally in 2010, Morton’s attorneys successfully appealed the denial of testing on the bloody blue bandana covered in hair that was found 100 yards from the crime scene. In 2011, the samples were determined to be the victim’s blood and hair, found alongside the DNA from another unknown male. The DNA was ultimately linked to a convicted felon from California, Mark Alan Norwood.

Michael Morton was released on October 4, 2011, after spending nearly 25 years in prison. He was officially exonerated on December 19, 2011. The real killer, Norwood, was convicted in March 2013.
Now that the cold case had been thrust back into public view, publicity was drawn to the corruption that had taken place more than 2 decades earlier. All of the evidence that had been withheld was suddenly seeing the light of day, and making a certain respected judge look like a criminal.
A month after Norwood’s conviction, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Judge Ken Anderson. He was charged with 3 felonies related to evidence tampering.
“Mr. Anderson consciously chose to impair the availability of the exculpatory evidence so he could obtain the conviction of Mr. Morton for murder,” Judge Sturns said.
After initially fighting the charges for several months, Anderson finally struck a bargain with prosecutors. The criminal charges of tampering with evidence were dropped, and on November 8th Anderson entered a plead guilty to being in contempt of court in 1987, when he told Morton’s trial judge that he had no favorable evidence to give to Morton’s lawyers.

Anderson will face a penalty of ten (10) days in jail, and serve 500 hours of community service. He will also have to retire early, since he will lose his law license.
Some are celebrating the rare occasion that a corrupt prosecutor is facing any punishment at all. Others are cringing at the incredibly light sentence. Is this really justice? How many others were victims of this man’s criminal conscience?
“When you have individuals like Ken Anderson who engage in misconduct, such people tend to be serial offenders,” said Innocence Project co-founder Barry Scheck, describing Anderson as a “disgrace.”
Morton graciously said that he “never wanted Anderson’s head on a stick,” but instead exhibited some of the optimism that helped him survive 25 years in prison, saying that he hopes to see some laws get reformed. He said that it was a “good day.”
Some will embrace that optimism and celebrate this as a step in the right direction. Others are waiting for word of Anderson’s early release due to good behavior, and the reading on to the next injustice of the day.

or Vietnam and the Dong.

The RV is an international matter, which does NOT necessitate, require or focus upon
Maliki or Shabbi's permission or the United Nations approval or acknowledgment.

For those of you who do not research history, government, law and politics: The Puppet
Master pulls the strings and call the shots of the Criminal Cabal and have been in control
of the United States Corporation since 1913.

The Chinese have NO designs on World Domination and still they are responsible for
championing the RV internationally. Seventy-one Countries opposed the RV because it
meant the destruction of their FIAT based currency and government. All of those Countries
are United Nations members. Now isn't that curious?

The balance of the 194 Countries who are not United Nations members, voted in favor
of the RV because they are tired of selling their goods and services internationally in
exchange for worthless paper [or] script, a/k/a FIAT currency!

The RV is all about forcing all Countries who wish to trade internationally, to make their
currency [asset backed] or BASIL III compliant!

BASIL III means currency guaranteed by gold, silver or some other measurable asset
accountability: [e.g.] NO MORE Bonded Promissory Notes drawn against government
issued birth certificates [or] currency backed by counterfeit Liens [or] Bonds simply
created out of thin air, which is the reason why the Euro is on the verge of collapsing
right now!

You all know about America's NATIONAL DEBT and heard the arguments about how our
government leaders have squandered the labor and assets of future generations for centuries
to come!

Now here's the truth about that argument: America is a FIAT or debt based government
and economy, and in order to stabilize a FIAT system, it is necessary to PERPETUATE
DEBT and never pay it off! Hence, the reason why Congress refuses to be held to a balanced
budget and the reason for our military involvement in so many foreign wars!

Even a high tax structure helps to perpetuate debt, Especially when 100% of your tax dollars
are exported out of the United States! And I bet you thought your taxes ran the government
and wars were all about stopping Communist aggression! In the minds of our government
leaders: 'War and taxes are good for business!' Spoken like a true sociopath!

Debt represents a negative number and in America, debt is perpetuated with the use of
promissory notes called: 'Federal Reserve Notes.' The Federal Reserve is neither Federal
nor is it a Reserve. It is a privately owned foreign corporation and is also known by the name:
The Bank of International Settlements . The Federal Reserve Corporation is owned and
controlled by a group of Sabbatean Bankers based in Israel.

The NATIONAL DEBT is a trick bookkeeping entry, which does not involve any real assets
because a real asset entry would immediately cancel the debt. Under the Uniform Commercial
Code(UCC), promissory notes such as a Federal Reserve Note, is defined as a: 'Negotiable
Debt Instrument' and so the National Debt of America is based entirely upon these negotiable
debt instruments.

In retrospect, America's National Debt can be canceled at any time with an asset bookkeeping
entry and the payment of one dollar of solid gold or silver!
A positive cancels a negative, even when the negative is in the trillions. It's basic Algebra!

I sent this to a friend of mine and he questioned my math because he is old school and my math
didn't make sense to him! So I wrote back to him with this example and explanation:

IF you add -1 and +1 what is the sum? The answer is 0 because each cancels out the other.

Now if you add -34,000 and +1 what is the sum? The answer is still [0] because each cancels
out the other.

Here's the trick: -I can be broken up into -35,000 pieces or more but when all those pieces are
glued back together, you still have nothing more than the original +1. In Mathematics, 0 = 0 and
anything less than 0 is still 0. Algebra on the other hand, dissects that result and theorizes the
possibility of negative numbers having values. The National Debt represents negative numbers
that appear to have values!

The Federal Reserves bookkeeping system conceals this simple truth, which is also known as
'debt slavery' and to complete their circle of fraud and slavery, the American public must be
trained to believe that 'Federal Reserve Notes' have real value! This was accomplished by and
through forced public education! Our government officials concluded that under these conditions
the American public could be taught to believe anything we choose and our Licenses and Diplomas
are proof of their success!

PS/ Don't look in Fort Knox for that gold dollar because there isn't any gold there! America's
gold was embezzled by previous federal government leaders during their planned Great Depression of
1933, however one dollar of any currency that is BASIL III Compliant can cancel the American
National Debt and this is why the United Nations membership is so vehemently opposed to the
international re-value of currency.

Many member Countries have attempted to instigate WWIII in the middle east and Asia, in an
attempt to head off the RV. [e.g.] The tsunami in Japan was created by the detonation of an under
water A-bomb. Japan's political structure is in revolt and the new faction supports the RV and
desires to sever Japan's alliance with the United Nations.

This new FIAT based government for the United States is the real reason why Franklin Roosevelt,
issued a Presidential Order in 1933, that directed all American citizens to surrender their gold
during the Great Depression and why under the Federal Banking Act, the Constitutional control
of America's currency and the US Mint was surrendered to the Federal Reserve Board and why
under the Federal Coinage Act, it became unlawful for American citizens to own solid gold and
silver and why all American coins are now plated with mixed alloys and filled with charcoal.

Only jewelers can own solid gold, if related to his trade and numismatists are permitted to collect
and trade Silver Certificates; solid gold and silver, but the moment they offer any of these in
payment of a Federal debt; they have committed a Federal Crime!

BASIL III shall eliminate the debt based strangle hold over America and shall cause all of the
Federal Reserve Notes that our politicians and industrial leaders have stolen and or accumulated
to instantly become as worthless as used paper.

Imagine Bill Gates and Mitt Romney being as poor as you and me!

The Iraqi Dinar and the Vietnam Dong have received the greatest amount of attention by and
from currency speculators because both currencies have the greatest potential to generate huge
dividends with the international RV. Both of these currencies had previously been devalued by
the World Bank; the IMF and CBI by virtue of the international influence wheeled by the United
States Corporation (government)!

The devaluation of currency is a military strategy designed to defeat a Country economically
while attacking them physically. Iraqi Dinar's were previously worth 3.22 US prior to their
devaluation but I'm not certain what the Dong was worth prior to its devaluation.

Iraqi History: When the new government for Iraq was installed and approved by the United
Nations around 16 months ago, the very first action by the Iraqi government was to petition
the United Nations to be released from Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and request permission to freely
Contract with other Countries once again.

The United Nations agreed to both requests pending the submission and approval of a repayment
plan for Kuwait and repayment of all other debts Iraq has accumulated during their occupation
and reconstruction. Iraq submitted a plan, which was approved and the Bankruptcy was released
and Iraq's first new Contract was with the Soviets, to supply Russia with ten trillion dollars worth
of crude over the next five years!

All of the internal politics about Iraq that these Internet Guru's have been writing about has
no bearing on the worldwide RV. Their recent comments and Intel about Iraq's Chapter 7
Bankruptcy and their repayment plan holding up the RV is old news and incorrect news.

This is all Cabal propaganda and rhetoric being used to transfer attention from the Cabal
to Iraq, while the Cabal re-groups and grabs at straws to block the RV and save their
thousand year plan for World Domination!

None of this mis-direction will do the Cabal any good but does explain what the RV
delay is really all about!

The WHITE HATS have a different plan and schedule in mind, which first involves the
collapse of the FIAT governments by and through the international RV; the mass arrests
of Cabal members for crimes against humanity; the installation of temporary governments
and lastly the release of technology that has been withheld from us under the guise of TOP
SECRET!

This technology will destroy the oil industries strangle hold on all Countries foreign and
domestic and will eliminate their lies and arguments to drill more oil wells in environmentally
dangerous and protected venues.

PS/ Oil wells never go dry because Mother Earth methodically refills them as crude is pumped
out! Wells can be pumped out faster than the Earth can refill them but they will all eventually
be refilled just the same!

The WHITE HATS plan requires that the international RV occur first because the BASIL III
compliance regulation will cause the eventual collapse the worlds FIAT governments and
cancel their worthless counterfeit currency. So if you're eagerly waiting for the RV to occur,
be comforted by the fact that 194 Countries are just as eager for the RV as you!

Keep in mind that the Cabals mercenaries are not patriotic souls and do not work for free!
If the Cabal cannot hire or pay for their mercenaries, who is left to protect them?

Speculation about the Dinar and Dong have caused most of these Internet Guru's to concentrate
only on these two international currencies, absent any real knowledge or understanding about
the RV.

Their Internet Blog; member following and their personal ignorance, make them an easy mark
for disinformation agents who frequently feed them useless Intel about the internal politics of
Iraq and Vietnam. Have you ever witnessed any of these Internet Guru's discuss any of the
historic; political; monetary or international facts or details I have just elaborated on?

Since the world wide RV is certain to collapse all FIAT based governments, why would any
of these Internet Guru's ever recommend setting up any kind of bank account or trust at any
of the Federal Reserve Banks?

If they had any real intellect, these Guru's, should be recommending off-shore accounts in safe
foreign venues. I believe one of these Guru's, actually used the term FDIC insured. For those
of you who don't know, the FDIC went Bankrupt around 2006 and not one deposit entered
into any Federal Reserve Bank has been insured after that date!

I even recall reading about some Guru recommending a special non-taxable, non-interest bearing,
secured account created by Congress, called: 'Tag Accounts.'

Well, isn't that special because when the Federal Reserve and the United States FIAT government
collapses; so does the monetary system and their regulatory laws called Statutes! i.e. Statues are
actually corporate regulations and NOT law!

They can only be enforced against sub-corporations, which is why all of our names are all spelled
out in capital letters! Still these people who claim to be Internet Guru's continue to offer other
investors such irresponsible and ruminant counsel ! Worse still is the fact that there actually are
Dinarians in our society who are prepared to blindly follow their stolid advice and risk losing it all!

The only positive comment I can write about these Internet Gurus is that they do perpetuate the
American dream and daily bring a small ray of hope into the lives of a people and culture who
certainly deserve something better.

Activist hacked US Sentencing Commission website

Hacktivist group Anonymous took control of the U.S. Sentencing Commission website Friday, January 25 in a new campaign called "Operation Last Resort."
The first attack on the website was early Friday morning. The second - successful - attack came around 9pm PST that evening.

By 3am PST ussc.gov was down (it had been dropped from the DNS), yet as of this writing the IP address (66.153.19.162) still returned the defaced site's contents.
Update January 26, 8pm PST: ussc.gov is restored.
It appears that via the U.S. government website, Anonymous had distributed encrypted government files and left a statement on the website that de-encryption keys would be publicly released (thus releasing the as-yet unkonwn information held on the stolen files) if the U.S. government did not comply with Anonymous' ultimatum demands for legal reform.
Anonymous explained that they used this webiste for symbolic reasons.
The U.S. Sentencing Commission sets guidelines for sentencing in United States Federal courts, and on the defaced ussc.gov website Anonymous cited the recent suicide of hacktivist Aaron Swartz as a "line that has been crossed."
The statement suggested retaliation for Swartz's tragic suicide, which many - including the family - believe was a result of overzealous prosecution by the Department of Justice and what the family deemed a "bullying" use of outdated computer crime laws.

Anonymous has not specified exactly what files they have obtained. The various files were named after Supreme Court Justices.
According to the statement:

Warhead – U S – D O J – L E A – 2013 . A E E 256 is primed and armed. It has been quietly distributed to numerous mirrors over the last few days and is available for download from this website now. We encourage all Anonymous to syndicate this file as widely as possible.

This appears to be Anonymous sending a threatening message to whoever knows what might be on the encrypted files.
Anonymous has encouraged anyone and everyone to distribute the files, so it is unknown who has the files or how many have been distributed. The files are useless without the encryption keys.

The contents are various and we won’t ruin the speculation by revealing them. Suffice it to say, everyone has secrets, and some things are not meant to be public.
At a regular interval commencing today, we will choose one media outlet and supply them with heavily redacted partial contents of the file. Any media outlets wishing to be eligible for this program must include within their reporting a means of secure communications.

Currently two of the mirrors are slow, and one has gone offline completely.
It is possible, as suggested by the file names, that Anonymous may have taken files pertaining to each of the Justices (all of whom were named on filenames at the bottom of the defaced page, such as "Scalia.warhead1") and put them in a file (named "Warhead-US-DOJ-LEA-2013.aes256") and then appended a command to the file that would nuke the file.
This suggests that Anonymous may have obtained files and nuked the compromised server.
Anonymous Tweeted that the group left a backdoor and made it editable in a way that encourages other hackers to come and shell the server.

Man Uses Traffic Ticket to Challenge Supreme Court's Citizens United Decision: “Actually, Officer, I Have a Certificate Of Incorporation In the Glove Box, So the Two Of Us ‘People’ Should Be Allowed To Drive In the Carpool Lane”

A hearty congratulations this morning to one Jonathan Frieman of San Rafael, California. We realize it’s only January but as far as we’re concerned this Frieman guy has already won the entire year of 2013 for executing a rather brilliant prank on the textualist wing of the Supreme Court.

His plan was as simple as it was brilliant: Frieman just drove around in one of California’s carpool lanes by himself until he eventually was stopped by police for not having an additional person in the car. (Sidenote: Apparently carpool laws are enforced rather loosely in California. It took Frieman over 10 years of driving around like that before he was finally ticketed.)

Once Frieman was finally pulled over, he handed the officer a certificate of incorporation and voila!! According to the Supreme Court’s own precedent, Frieman suddenly had two “people” in his vehicle. Obviously, the officer still gave him the $481 ticket, so today Frieman is heading to traffic court to argue his case.

While Frieman says he has long opposed the legal community’s treatment of corporations as people, his carpool prank is particularly relevant to the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision, which expanded this construct even further. The Court in that case decided that corporations have the same speech rights as humans under the law, and therefore these corpo-people-hybrid-monsters are allowed to spend as much money as they want to influence elections.

Just in case this doesn’t sound completely insane to you already, keep in mind that the five justices who signed onto the majority in that case are the exact same guys who constantly accuse their more liberal colleagues of twisting around the meanings of words in order to suit their personal agendas. For instance!! In Citizens United, the liberal justices twisted around the meaning of “person” to mean “person” and somehow found that the word ”speech” means “speech.” The textualists, on the other hand, simply looked at the plain meaning of these words and decided that ”person” includes “corporations” and “speech” is the same thing as “money.” Therefore, limiting the amount of cash that, say, Exxon Mobil can spend to influence an election is just as much of a violation of the First Amendment as punishing an actual human being for writing a disagreeable blog post.

Well okey-doke then, Supreme Court! In that case, we’ll be slipping Wells Fargo some roofies so we can get ourselves preggers and collect some serious child support. (Technically Wal-Mart brings in more cash than Wells Fargo but we’re a little too classy for that. )

Anyway, assuming the police officer actually shows up at the traffic court today, the judge will be either need to: (a.) rule that, duh, obviously a corporation is not a person so articles of incorporation don’t count as an additional passenger; or (b) stand by the Supreme Court’s definition of a corporation and therefore publish a totally ludicrous decision holding that people can just strap their corporate documents into the front seat of their vehicle in order to ride in the carpool lane. Either way, hilarity and further appeals are sure to ensue.

SEPTEMBER 2, 2012. The medical cartel, one of a handful of evolving super-cartels that strive for more power every day, is rife with so much fraud it's astounding. In the psychiatric arena, for example,                               an open secret has been bleeding out into public consciousness for the past ten years.



THERE                               ARE NO DEFINITIVE LABORATORY TESTS FOR ANY                               SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDER.



And                               along with that:



ALL                               SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDERS ARE CONCOCTED, NAMED,                               LABELED, DESCRIBED, AND CATEGORIZED by a committee                               of psychiatrists, from menus of human                               behaviors.



Their                               findings are published in periodically updated                               editions of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual                               of Mental Disorders (DSM), printed by the American                               Psychiatric Association.



For                               years, even psychiatrists have been blowing the                               whistle on this hazy crazy process of                               "research."



Of                               course, pharmaceutical companies, who manufacture                               highly toxic drugs to treat every one of these                               "disorders," are leading the charge to invent more                               and more mental-health categories, so they can                               sell more drugs and make more money.



But                               we have a mind-boggling twist. Under the radar,                               one of the great psychiatric stars, who has been                               out in front inventing mental disorders, went                               public. He blew the whistle on himself and his                               colleagues. And for 2 years, almost no one                               noticed.



His                               name is Dr. Allen Frances, and he made VERY                               interesting statements to Gary Greenberg, author                               of a Wired article: "Inside the Battle to Define                               Mental Illness." (Dec.27, 2010).



Major                               media never picked up on the interview in any                               serious way. It never became a scandal.



Dr.                               Allen Frances is the man who, in 1994, headed up                               the project to write the latest edition of the                               psychiatric bible, the DSM-IV. This tome defines                               and labels and describes every official mental                               disorder. The DSM-IV eventually listed 297 of                               them.



In                               an April 19, 1994, New York Times piece,                               "Scientist At Work," Daniel Goleman called Frances                               "Perhaps the most powerful psychiatrist in America                               at the moment..."



Well,                               sure. If you're sculpting the entire canon of                               diagnosable mental disorders for your colleagues,                               for insurers, for the government, for Pharma (who                               will sell the drugs matched up to the 297 DSM-IV                               diagnoses), you're right up there in the                               pantheon.



Long                               after the DSM-IV had been put into print, Dr.                               Frances talked to Wired's Greenberg and said the                               following:



"There                               is no definition of a mental disorder. It's                               bullshit. I mean, you just can't define                               it."



BANG.



That's                               on the order of the designer of the Hindenburg,                               looking at the burned rubble on the ground,                               remarking, "Well, I knew there would be a                               problem."



After                               a suitable pause, Dr. Frances remarked to                               Greenberg, "These concepts [of distinct mental                               disorders] are virtually impossible to define                               precisely with bright lines at the                               borders."



Frances                               might have been referring to the fact that his                               baby, the DSM-IV, had rearranged earlier                               definitions of ADHD and Bipolar to permit many                               MORE diagnoses, leading to a vast acceleration of                               drug-dosing with highly powerful and toxic                               compounds.



Finally,                               at the end of the Wired interview, Frances flew                               off into a bizarre fantasy:



"Diagnosis                               [as spelled out in the DSM-IV] is part of the                               magic...you know those medieval maps? In the                               places where they didn't know what was going on,                               they wrote 'Dragons live here'...we have a                               dragon's world here. But you wouldn't want to be                               without the map."



Translation:                               People need to hope for the healing of their                               troubles; so even if we psychiatrists are shooting                               blanks and pretending to know one kind of mental                               disorder from another, even if we're inventing                               these mental-disorder definitions based on no                               biological or chemical diagnostic tests---it's a                               good thing, because people will then believe there                               is hope for them; they'll believe it because we                               place a name on                               their problems...



If                               this is medical science, a duck is a rocket                               ship.



If                               I were an editor at one of the big national                               newspapers, and one of my reporters walked in and                               told me, "The most powerful psychiatrist in                               America just said the DSM is sheer b.s. but it's                               still important," I think I'd make room on the                               front page.



If                               the reporter then added, "This shrink was in                               charge of creating the                               DSM-IV," I'd clear more room above the                               fold.



If                               the reporter went on to explain that the whole                               profession of psychiatry would collapse overnight                               if the DSM was discredited, I'd call for a special                               section of the paper to be printed.



I'd                               tell the reporter to get ready to pound on this                               story day after day for months. I'd tell him to                               track down all the implications of Dr. Frances'                               statements.



I'd                               open a bottle of champagne to toast the                               soon-to-be-soaring sales of my                               newspaper.



And                               then, of course, the next day I'd be                               fired.



Because                               there are powerful multi-billion-dollar interests                               at stake, and those people don't like their                               deepest secrets exposed in the press.



And                               as I walked out of my job, I'd see a bevy of                               blank-eyed pharmaceutical executives marching into                               the office of the paper's publisher, ready to read                               the riot act to him.



Keep                               in mind that Dr. Frances' work on the DSM IV                               allowed for MORE toxic drugs to be prescribed,                               because the definition of Bipolar was expanded to                               include more people.



Adverse                               effects of Valproate (given for a Bipolar                               diagnosis) include:



acute,                               life-threatening, and even fatal liver                               toxicity;



life-threatening                               inflammation of the pancreas;



brain                               damage.



Adverse                               effects of Lithium (also given for a Bipolar                               diagnosis) include:



intercranial                               pressure leading to blindness;



peripheral                               circulatory collapse;



stupor                               and coma.



Adverse                               effects of Risperdal (given for "Bipolar" and                               "irritability stemming from autism")                               include:



serious                               impairment of cognitive function;



fainting;



restless                               muscles in neck or face, tremors (may be                               indicative of motor brain damage).



Dr.                               Frances self-admitted label-juggling act also                               permitted the definition of ADHD to expand,                               thereby opening the door for greater and greater                               use of Ritalin (and other similar compounds) as                               the treatment of choice.



So                               what about Ritalin?



In                               1986, The International Journal of the Addictions                               published a most important literature review by                               Richard Scarnati. It was called "An Outline of                               Hazardous Side Effects of Ritalin                               (Methylphenidate)" [v.21(7), pp. 837-841].                              

Scarnati listed a large number of adverse                               affects of Ritalin and cited published journal                               articles which reported each of these symptoms.                              

For every one of the following (selected                               and quoted verbatim) Ritalin effects, there is at                               least one confirming source in the medical                               literature:

Paranoid delusions                              
Paranoid psychosis
Hypomanic and manic                               symptoms, amphetamine-like psychosis                              
Activation of psychotic symptoms
Toxic                               psychosis
Visual hallucinations
Auditory                               hallucinations
Can surpass LSD in producing                               bizarre experiences

When used with                               antidepressants one may see dangerous reactions                               including hypertension, seizures and hypothermia

Brain damage may be seen with                               amphetamine abuse.

A recent survey                               revealed that a high percentage of children                               diagnosed with bipolar had first received a                               diagnosis of ADHD. This is informative, because                               Ritalin and other speed-type drugs are given to                               kids who are slapped with the ADHD label. Speed,                               sooner or later, produces a crash. This is easy to                               call "clinical depression." Then comes Prozac,                               Paxil, Zoloft. These                               drugs can produce temporary highs, followed by                               more crashes. The psychiatrist notices the up and                               down pattern-and then comes the diagnosis of                               Bipolar (manic-depression) and other drugs,                               including Valproate and Lithium.



In                               the US alone, there are at least 300,000 cases of                               motor brain damage incurred by people who have                               been prescribed so-called anti-psychotic drugs                               (aka "major tranquilizers"). This                               psychiatric drug plague is accelerating across the                               land.



Where                               are the mainstream reporters and editors and                               newspapers and TV anchors who should be breaking                               this story and mercilessly hammering on it week                               after week? They are in harness.



And                               Dr. Frances is somehow let off the hook. He's                               admitted in print that the whole basis of his                               profession is throwing darts at labels on a wall,                               and implies the "effort" is rather heroic-when, in                               fact, the effort leads to more and more poisonous                               drugs being dispensed to adults and children, to                               say nothing of the effect of being diagnosed with                               "a mental disorder." I'm not talking about "the                               mental-disease stigma," the removal of which is                               one of Hillary Clinton's missions in life. No, I'm                               talking about MOVING A HUMAN INTO THE SYSTEM, the                               medical apparatus, where the essence of the game                               is trapping that person to harvest his money, his                               time, his energy, and of course his health---as                               one new diagnosis follows on another, and one new                               toxic treatment after another is undertaken, from                               cradle to grave. The result is a severely                               debilitated human being (if he survives), whose                               major claim to fame is his list of diseases and                               disorders, which he learns to wear like badges of                               honor.

Upcoming Election!

Columnist Andrew McCarthy gives us what probably is the most important question regarding the upcoming presidential election....

McCarthy: "If Mitt wins the nomination, I will enthusiastically support his candidacy. For my friends who have hesitation on that score, I'd just ask you to keep four things in mind.

1.. Justice Scalia just     turned 78
2.. Justice Kennedy will     turn 78 later this year
3.. Justice Breyer will     be 76 in August
4.. Justice Ginsburg     turned 81 about a week ago.

We wish them all well, of course, but the brute fact is that whoever we elect as president in     November is almost certainly going to choose at least one and maybe more new     members of the Supreme Court — in addition to hundreds of other life-tenured federal judges, all of whom will be making momentous decisions about our lives for decades to come.

If you don't think it matters whether the guy making those calls is Mitt Romney or Barack Obama, I     think you're smokin' something funky... So for anybody who is thinking of     not voting because your favorite didn't get nominated, or writing in a candidate who can't win... Imagine this:
