CLIMATE CHANGE REJECTED BY SUPREME COURT

Obama was put into office for one reason and one reason only. He was put into office to end capitalism, private property ownership and the individual’s right to self-determination. This is all accomplished through Agenda 21 and ultimately what Patrick Wood calls technocracy. Technocracy is the take over of all energy use, thus, ultimately, all finance, through programs such as capping CO2 emission, Cap and Trade, etc.  Carbon credits, under this system is destined to become the new currency.

     When Obama was first elected, he attempted to introduce legislation into the Senate which would have reduced energy output for the United States by 80%. Even the then liberal Senate promptly rejected his proposal. That defeat set Obama into another strategy of implementation, it would have to happen piecemeal and some of the change would have to be implemented at the local level (eg California’s Cap and Trade program). However, the change for this President’s ego did not come fast enough because we are in the final year of Obama’s presidency and he has not completed his main task and HIS ENTIRE CLIMATE CHANGE INITIATIVE WAS REJECTED BY THE CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT BY A 5-4 DEFEAT!!! Scalia was the main opponent.

     This defeat of Obama’s entire climate change initiative should not be overlooked as it puts the United States in direct collision course with the United Nations’ recent COP 21 agreements in Paris, which was blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court, only last week. Again, Justice Scalia was the main opponent. This fact alone should have provided the impetus to conduct an INDEPENDENT autopsy on Scalia’s body.

But as they say in the infomercials, there’s more….

Following the Gulf oil explosion in 2010, I wrote a seven part series entitled The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. It was in that series that I discovered the unmistakable reason that Obama was made president.

Obama (when he was still a still a State Senator in Illinois), Valerie Jarrett and Al Gore headed a group known as the Joyce Foundation. The Joyce Foundation was designed to promote acceptance for carbon trading schemes which could be linked back to George Soros and Al Gore. The intent, as I have previously mentioned was to gain control over the entire economy. The Joyce Foundation eventually set up the Chicago Climate Exchange which was nation’s first bona fide carbon trading company. When Obama’s original carbon trading scheme was rejected in the Senate in 2009, the organization collapsed financially. But Obama’s dream of technocracy did not die with it.

The Joyce Foundation was also instrumental in bringing together NALCO, Goldman Sachs and the EPA in allowing the oil dispersant, Corexit, to be used in the Gulf even though, for health reasons, it had been banned by virtually the entire G20 nations. The conspiracy trail is mighty when it comes to Obama and his pre-presidential years and his complicity into the climate change issue. It was when Obama first became involved in the Joyce Foundation that George Soros, David Rockefeller and company backed this relative unknown for President. By the way, the late Bob Chapman and I both covered how Obama benefited from the use of Corexit through his Vanguard Investment funds (I and II). The link to this claim is listed above.

After I read volumes of material on the Joyce Foundation, it was easy to conclude that Obama was chosen to be President because he would virtually hand over the entire economy to a few wealthy bankers under the guise of climate change. The historical parallel matches why the banksters in 1912 backed Woodrow Wilson for President. The following year, the nation’s banking system was handed over the Rockefellers and their merry gang of banksters and the rest is history.

Conclusion

Scalia was the major impediment to Obama completing his legacy of ushering in technocracy. This, alone, is motive for murder. And when an autopsy is not conducted on a Supreme Court Justice, and then his “Catholic” body is cremated, we should all be more than suspicious.

FYI. Most people know that CO2 is plant food and necessary for most of the life on this planet. Instead of listening to Al Gore about global warming and how bad CO2 is they should look up the facts. Carbon dioxide or CO2 amounts to only .033% of our atmosphere. In other words CO2 amounts to only 1/3 of 100th of a percent. It is a trace gas. Nitrogen is 78% of our atmosphere and oxygen only 20.8 percent. It is now proven that every time a big volcano goes off it lowers global temperatures. Obviously the greenhouse effect is a myth. Something else warms earth between Ice Ages and it isn’t greenhouse gas. It’s the fact that we, (our sun) is in orbit around another star system that imparts more light and heat to earth every 105,000 years. Now that plant growth is increasing the oxygen content of our atmosphere should increase. If humans quit burning things oxygen would stay at its present level. I believe that during the time of Moses about 1000 BC the oxygen content was between 25 and 30 percent.

Internal combustion engines of all kinds consume oxygen and the industry to create all the steel by burning coal also decreases the amount of oxygen. I believe Earth is at a critical stage where the oxygen-producing plankton in the oceans and the remaining rain forests cannot keep up with the human consumption of oxygen. I believe Earth is losing oxygen and releasing more CO2 is a good thing yet our government wants to tax us for releasing it. Everything in our entire civilization is upside down.

"TELL ME" SHE BEGGED
Kirsty was bubbling. "I only just heard!" she exclaimed."But
I'm told you already know about this."
She crashed onto a chair and looked me straight in the eye.
"Well, what do you know about them - about those six Israelis
dressed as Levitical priests who tried to get into the chamber?"
I just looked at her. But she was not going to let go. "You've
got to tell me," she pressed. "You know, the chamber that
contains the Ark... the Ark of the Covenant. Well... what
happened to them? Were they rabbis?"
I paused for a few moments, studying her wide eyes, and wondering
how much should be revealed.
"We don’t know if they were rabbis or not," I replied. "However,
we were in Jerusalem at the time. And we had direct inter-action
with one person involved.
"The Ark of the Covenant is calculated to be 370 feet north of the
old city wall of Jerusalem - which would locate it in occupied Arab
territory.
"As you may be aware, the late Yasser Arafat had every intention
of getting Jerusalem back, including this area. And the U.N. and
the United States seemed to be intent on forcing Israel to
accept that situation.
Well, it seems the Israeli authorities wanted to move the Ark of
the Covenant out of occupied territory, into their own territory.
So, reportedly, they allowed or arranged for six men, who were
dressed in the ancient Levitical garb, to go in and move the Ark."
YOU DON'T ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS
This is a rather sensitive issue, I explained to Kirsty.
In fact, in matters like this you don't ask too many questions.
One learns from experience that it's best not to get too nosey.
To put you, as well as Kirsty, in the picture, my wife Josephine
and I had arranged to meet our archaeologist friend Ron in
Jerusalem.
However, on this occasion he was delayed in Nashville, Tennesseee,
due to a minor operation. Our schedule demanded that we fly out
before he arrived.
On visits to Israel, Ron has quite often stopped by the
Antiquities office and asked if there was anything he could help
them with.
He had some electronic equipment and some experience using it,
so our team was able to help find things that they sometimes had
problems locating.
With electronics, one can, for example, see if there is something
in a cave, before going to the bother of opening it. So the
Antiquities guys have had the team do some of this.
On this particular occasion they just said, “Well, yes, we do
have a problem you can help us with.”
So that night Ron was to meet them down at Zedekiah’s Cave.
They went in. Once inside the cave, at the entrance to the tunnel
that goes north, they stopped.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?
The Antiquities men announced: “Six men went down this tunnel to
move the Ark to a safer place. And they didn’t come out. Would you
go see what happened to them?”
Well, the Israelis are not cowards, by any stretch of the
imagination.
As it was, the six missing men who entered the tunnel had
walkie-talkies (two-way radios). Undoubtedly they were in contact
with others at the entrance to the tunnel.
We can only surmise that they must have made some horrifying
noises as they died. Otherwise some people would have gone in to
see what happened to them. Nobody would go in.
Well, when Ron went in, there were the six men, all dead.
From the beginning of the tunnel in Zedekiah’s Cave to the
actual chamber containing the Ark of the Covenant is an estimated
370 feet (about 114 meters).
The six men had progressed approximately 70 feet (21 meters)
along the tunnel when they died. All of them died of stroke.
In my subsequent investigation of the event, I was informed that
every one of them was found with both eyes crossed – which a
medical doctor assured me was evidence of a bilateral stroke (
a stroke occurring on both sides of the body).
This allegedly befell all six of them.
Anyway, when Ron saw what had happened, he went back out and told
the Antiquities guys.
They had brought along some rescue baskets made of light-weight
alloy, with ropes tied to them, in case Ron was able to go in.
So he took a basket, and picked up the bodies one at a time, and
put them in the basket, holding it upright, as the men at the
tunnel entrance pulled the basket out.
When they got one to the entrance of the tunnel, Ron took another
one, then went back and did another, until they got all six of the
bodies out.
Ron didn’t ask what they did with them. He didn’t ask anything. He
was asked not to say anything.
But this did appear in a couple of newspapers – that there had been
six Israelis who had died in an effort to retrieve a national
artefact.
Because it was in the papers, some folk have asked if we knew
about it. The answer, of course, is yes. For this reason I have
shared the above information.
This incident may remind you of some Old Testament accounts in
which unauthorised men who approached, touched or looked into
the Ark dropped dead.
So apparently, nothing has changed. The Ark remains a very sacred
object. And if you ask me, it will remain where it is and no one
will move it.
WALKING ON A KNIFE EDGE
Of course, as you are aware, Israel today is on tenterhooks. The
government is nervous. It does not want war. Neither do most of
the people, whether Israeli or Arab.
But it is against this background that we must view the current
official attitude toward the reported Ark of the Covenant
discovery. You won't get them to admit much.
Whatever way you view it, that ancient golden chest from Solomon's
Temple is potentially the most explosive object on earth…
archaeologically, politically and religiously.
The barrier of silence should not surprise us. In virtually every
country, official denials of numerous matters are standard
procedure. And in such cases, almost all personnel even in the
department concerned are kept in the dark.
CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE
A classic example of the denials policy in action was seen in
April, 1995, after Channel 7 radio in Israel broke the news
that Foreign Minister Shimon Peres had met with the Pope with
a proposal to place the Old City of Jerusalem under Vatican
control.
Israel's ambassador in Rome, Shmuel Hadas, and Peres himself,
denied such a plan.
However, a copy of a telegram sent by Miriam Ziv to the Foreign
Ministry in Jerusalem, outlining Peres' planes, surfaced and
was printed in the "Hatzofe" newspaper.
Former Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir told the "Jewish Press"
that:
"This is similar to Peres' denial that there was ever a letter
with promises to Arafat about Jerusalem and later the letter
surfaced. Now this telegram was revealed. Who knows what else
they are concealing from the public?" (Issue of April 14-20,
1995)

consideration, I'm about to rip apart a curtain of silence about
the Ark.
Yes, yes... I know. The Ark's been reported in Ethiopia...
in Jordan... in Egypt... and a dozen other places.
Indeed, there have to be replicas. But originals? There can be
only one. And that's what we're talking about.

        In September of 2005, on the first day of school, Martha Cothren,
a History teacher at Robinson High School in Little Rock, did
something not to be forgotten.  On the     first day of school,
with the permission of the school superintendent, the principal
and the building supervisor, she removed all of the desks in her
classroom. When the first period kids entered the room they
discovered that there were no desks.  'Ms. Cothren, where are our
desks?'
 
 
 
 
 
        She replied, 'You can't have a desk until you tell me how you earn
the right to sit at a desk.'
 
 
 
        They thought, 'Well, maybe it's our grades.'  'No,' she sa' Maybe
it's our behavior.' She told them, 'No, it's not even your
behavior.'
 
        And so, they came and went, the first period, second period, third
period. Still no desks in the classroom. Kids called their parents
to tell them what was happening and by early afternoon television
news crews had started gathering at the school to report about
this crazy teacher who had taken all the desks out of her room.
 
        The final period of the day came and as the puzzled students found
seats on the floor of the desk-less classroom. Martha Cothren
said, 'Throughout the day no one has been able to tell me just
what he or she has done to earn the right to sit at the desks that
are ordinarily found in this classroom. Now I am going to tell
you.'
 
        At this point, Martha Cothren went over to the door of her
classroom and opened it. Twenty-seven (27) U.S. Veterans, all in
uniform, walked into that classroom, each one carrying a school
desk.
 
 
 
 
 
        The Vets began placing the school desks in rows, and then they
would walk over and stand alongside the wall. By the time the last
soldier had set the final desk in place those kids started to
understand, perhaps for the first time in their lives, just how
the right to sit at those desks had been earned.
 
        Martha said, 'You didn't earn the right to sit at these desks.
These heroes did it for you. They placed the desks here for you.
 
        They went halfway around the world, giving up their education and
interrupting their careers and families so you could have the
freedom you have.  Now, it's up to you to sit in them. It is your
responsibility to learn, to be good students, to be good citizens.
They paid the price so that you could have the freedom to get an
education.
 
        Don't ever forget it.'
 
 
 
        By the way, this is a true story. And this teacher was awarded
Veterans of Foreign Wars Teacher of the Year for the State of
Arkansas in 2006. She is the daughter of a WWII POW.

Intolerable Opinions in an Age of Secret Tribunals

In 1638, John Lilburne was put on secret trial by the Star Chamber of Charles I. His crime? The writing and distribution of seditious pamphlets that skewered the legitimacy of the monarchy and challenged the primacy of the high prelates of the Church of England. He was promptly convicted of publishing writing of “dangerous consequence and evil effect.”
For these intolerable opinions, the royal tribunal sentenced him to be publicly flogged through the streets of London, from Fleet Prison, built on the tidal flats where Fleet Ditch spilled out London’s sewage, to the Palace Yard at Westminster, then a kind of public showground for weekly spectacles of humiliation and torture. By one account, Lilburne was whipped by the King’s executioner more than 500 hundred times, “causing his shoulders to swell almost as big as a penny loafe with the bruses of the knotted Cords.”
The bloodied writer was then shackled to a pillory, where, to the amazement of the crowd of onlookers, he launched into an impassioned oration in defense of his friend Dr. John Bastick, the puritan physician and preacher. Only weeks before, Bastick’s ears had been slashed off by the King’s men as punishment for publishing an attack on the Archbishop of Canterbury, an essay that Lilburne had happily distributed far and wide. Lilburne gushered forth about this barbaric injustice for a few moments, before his tormentors gagged his mouth with a urine soaked rag. After enduring another two hours of torture, the guards dragged him behind a cart back to the Fleet, where he was confined in irons for the next two-and-a-half years. This was the first of “Free-Born” John Lilburne’s many parries with the masters of Empire.
While in his foul cell in Fleet prison, Lilburne was kept in solitary confinement on orders of the Star Council, his lone visitor a maid named Katherine Hadley. Somehow the maid was able to sneak pen, paper and ink past the Fleet’s guards to the young radical. According to Lilburne’s own description, he was “lying day and night in Fetters of Iron, both hands and legges,” when he began to write furiously, penning a gruesome account of his mock trial and torture, The Work of the Beast, and a scabrous assault on the Anglican bishops, Come Out of Her, My People. These pamphlets were smuggled out of Newgate, printed in the LowLands and distributed through covert networks across England to popular acclaim and royal indignation.
Oliver Cromwell, then a Puritan leader in the House of Commons, took up Lilburne’s cause, giving a stirring speech in defense of the imprisoned writer. It swayed Parliament, which voted to release Lilburne from jail. Lilburne emerged from prison grateful to Cromwell, but not blind to the general’s dictatorial ambitions: he would later pen savage attacks on Cromwell and his censorious functionaries.
Soon Lilburne joined the Parliamentary Army, fighting with distinction against the royal forces in numerous clashes, including the battle at the Edgehill, the first major encounter of the English Civil War, before being captured at Brentford on 12th November, 1642. Once again he faced trial, this time at Oxford, for “taking up arms against the King.” Lilburne was swiftly convicted and sentenced to death. But his friends in Parliament rose to his defense, threatening similar reprisals against Royalist prisoners. A prisoner exchange was arranged and Lilburne was on the loose again, leading soldiers into battle against the king’s troops, eventually rising to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.
But in 1645 Lilburne abandoned the Cromwell’s New Model Army, known for singing the Psalms as they clamored into battle, after he was told that he must swear to the Solemn League and Covenant, Cromwell’s equivalent of a religious loyalty oath to the Presbyterian church. Lilburne, an Independent, hated oaths and had defied the Star Chamber, in his first prosecution, by refusing to take the oath ex officio, which he argued violated the ancient right of habeas corpus.
But by now, Lilburne was plotting a more profound insurrection aimed at democratizing the army, as well as the rest of the nation. Why, he asked, should soldiers be expected to fight in a war declared by legislators for whom they could not vote? Why, he asked in the halls at Westminster, weren’t the soldiers paid more? Why weren’t the families of the slain compensated?
“Every free man of England, poor as well as rich, should have a vote in choosing those that are to make the law,” Lilburne wrote. “All and every particular and individual man and woman, that ever breathed in the world, are by nature all equal and alike in their power, dignity, authority and majesty, none of them having (by nature) any authority, dominion or magisterial power one over or above another.” Jefferson sounds cautious beside Lilburne’s exuberant prose.
These were the opening shots of the Levellers, aimed, in the words of one observer, “to sett all things straight and rayse a parity and community in the kingdom.” It would be, in Lilburne’s view, a new kingdom, without a king or a House of Lords or even land lords.
The Leveller movement began as a rebellion within a rebellion, spreading from the Army to persecuted religious sects to farmers and working class people. It was a movement energized by writers, headlined by Lilburne, Richard Overton and William Walwyn, and the pamphlets flew off the presses, with more than 2,100 different tracts being printed in 1645. This prompted the repressive acts known as the Ordinances, which suppressed public assemblies, outlawed meetings of Antinomians and Anabaptists, prohibited preaching by lay preachers, and imposed strict censorship of the press. Cromwell’s notorious Committee of Examinations, essentially Parliament’s version of the Star Chamber, was tasked with investigating “scandalous” writing, destroying independent presses and arresting writers, publishers and vendors of documents deemed seditious. These were the oppressive laws, which prompted Milton to write the Areopagitica. Milton’s passionate polemic, one the great defenses of a free press, was mild compared to the furious denunciations that poured from Lilburne’s pen.
These testy impertinences landed Lilburne in Newgate again, this time on charges of libel. But 2,000 leading Londoners signed a petition on his behalf and public riots in his defense prompted his quick release. The experience only served to sharpen his resistance to Cromwell, who he saw as a dictatorial sell-out to the forces of Empire (not unlike, say, John Kerry), and the leading agent of state oppression. He fired off a threatening public letter to Cromwell, which darkly concluded: “rest assured if ever my hand is upon you, it shall be when you are in your full glory.”
Lilburne and his Leveller cohorts started an underground paper called The Moderate. The title was something of a joke. After all the Leveller platform seems downright
pinko by our constricted standards: they wanted to outlaw monopolies, eliminate taxes on the poor, impose term limits on members of Parliament, eliminate all restrictions on the press and religious worship, universal suffrage and assure trial by juror for all defendants.
But Lilburne was far from the most radical spirit in those topsy-turvy days. He was outflanked to his left by Gerrard Winstanley’s Diggers and by the Seekers, Ranters, Antinomians and militant fen dwellers, the Earth First!ers of their time.
Like Tom Paine, he opposed the death penalty, speaking out against the execution of Charles I. “I refused to be one of his (Charles I) judges,” Lilburne wrote. “They were no better than murders in taking away the King’s life even though he was guilty of the crimes he was charged with. It is murder because it was done by a hand that had no authority to do it.”
Cut to 1649. Lilburne is imprisoned once more in the Tower of London, along with four of his Leveller cohorts, including the brilliant polemicist Richard Overton. This time they’d attacked Cromwell head-on, accusing him of being a reactionary force roaming the land with secret police threatening all dissenters. “If our hearts were not over-charged with the sense of the present miseries and approaching dangers of the Nation, your small regard to our late serious apprehensions, would have kept us silent; but the misery, danger, and bondage threatened is so great, imminent, and apparent that whilst we have breath, and are not violently restrained, we cannot but speak, and even cry aloud, until you hear us, or God be pleased otherwise to relieve us.” The charge was treason.
His wife Elizabeth, herself a forceful agitator for peace and the rights of women, wrote an urgent pamphlet in his defense, titled A Petition of Women. The prose still resonates, perhaps more now than it has in 300 years. “Would you have us keep at home in our houses, when men of such faithfulness and integrity as the four prisoners, our friends in the Tower, are fetched out of their beds and forced from their houses by soldiers, to the affrighting and undoing of themselves, their wives, children, and families? Are not our husbands, our selves, our daughters and families, by the same rule as liable to the like unjust cruelties as they?” Elizabeth got 10,000 people to sign a petition on Lilburne’s behalf.
He was soon released. But arrested again within the year. This time for denouncing Cromwell’s genocidal raids on Ireland. But the jury refused to convict him and Cromwell had him banished from England. Lilburne spent a few months in Holland writing incendiary pamphlets before sneaking back into England. He was soon discovered and arrested on charges of treason once again. Again the jury refused to convict. But Cromwell refused to release him, shuttling Lilburne from the Tower, to the Mount Orgueil, a dank Norman castle in Guernsey, and finally to Dover castle. One of his guards described Lilburne as being tougher to handle than “ten Cavaliers.”
While locked in Dover castle, Lilburne fell under the spell of the Quakers, and became a radical pacifist, writing that he had finished with “carnal sword fightings and fleshly bustlings and contests.” His pen never stopped, though. The pamphlets continued to flow until his death in 1657.
Lilburne refused to be a martyr. He faced the beast, endured prisons and tortures that would give even an inmate at Guantanamo the chills, and remained defiant and upbeat. He lived the life of an escape artist, who could talk himself into and out of trouble, almost effortlessly. His mind ran in overdrive and so, apparently, did his mouth. His friend Harry Marten, the regicide, quipped: “If the world was emptied of all but John Lilburne, Lilburne would quarrel with John and John with Lilburne.” And so it should be.
I first encountered the writings of John Lilburne in 1981 during a series of lectures on Milton and the radicals of the English revolution delivered by the great British historian Christopher Hill, author of The World Turned Upside Down. Hill was stalking other game in those lectures, but his energetic asides on Lilburne and his band of Levellers pricked my interest. Here were puritans who detested imperial ambitions and believed in unfettered free speech and absolute equality. A far cry from Nathaniel Hawthorne’s band of vicious prudes, not to mention the neo-puritans, like Falwell and Robertson, then in the ascendancy.
Lilburne had long fallen out of favor with American historians and his writings were difficult to track down. I ended up devouring them at the stark library of Georgetown University (the meager library at American University, where I went to school, is a international scandal), overlooking the Potomac River and the gloom-stricken Lincoln Memorial. In those days, the chill shadow of Reagan loomed over the Republic and Lilburne’s polemics on freedom and repression, gripped me like an urgent voice from the grave.
It’s strange, but perhaps instructive of our current historical amnesia, that Lilburne’s reputation has fallen into such neglect in the US, for his anarchic style seems more in line with the rambunctious spirit that animated the American revolution than the dour pontifications of John Locke, whose writing gets all the press clips these days.
So why do I reprise the moldering life of John Lilburne now, at this perilous moment in the life of the Republic? Well, for starters, the forces that Lilburne confronted “with violent and bitter expressions” have coalesced once again (not that they ever really dissipated, mind you) and threaten to impose their preemptive will upon the living creatures of the world. What are these forces? Militarism, religious bigotry, official censorship, prosecutorial inquisitions and torture, imperial expansion, monopolists, land grabbers, misogynists and those who buy and sell the earth and humans, too. In short, the whole sick crew.
When you survey the wreckage of the American imperium, it’s very easy to become overwhelmed by darkness of the times, submerged in the remorseless riptide of blood and official violence. But even facing methods of torture and imprisonment that would unnerve an inmate of Guatanamo, Lilburne never surrendered to defeatism. His writing remains infused with radical purpose, a radiant call from across the centuries for collective resistance.
As you steel yourself to confront the new imperialists, ask yourself: what would Lilburne do?

America’s Secret History: 5 Important Facts You Were Never Taught In School 4th July 2013 By Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri Guest Writer for Wake Up World “We are either going to have a future where women lead the way to make peace with the Earth, or we are not going to have a human future at all.” ~ Dr. Vandana Shiva History, as the saying goes, “belongs to the victor.” Oftentimes, this unfortunately, results in biased and totally distorted history. In my own American archival research, I have discovered that the American history we continue to learn in both public and private schools and universities has been drastically manipulated. “Lies” might be the more accurate word. Today, we do not have any real accounting, or public discussion, or textbooks – and very few other books – about what really happened in our past, since the signing of our Declaration of Independence in 1776. These lies actually go back further than the founding of this country. What we have might accurately call his-story. Even with all the distortions and deceit, it is certainly not even a “collective” narrative; and despite 40 years of feminist scholarship, it still does not include much about women – the other half of our population – or people of color. There is an enormous amount of research on these marginalized and forgotten people. The problem is that most of the research stays in obscure journals, and doesn’t get into mainstream texts – that are already biased. The corporate-controlled media is also part of this massive deception. They do not report the truth, but are part of a vast and corrupt cover-up. It is all about “Orwellian” news. This includes the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, even the PBS News Hour… the list goes on and on. Mainstream News is a wasteland – here and all over the globe. This article is a short accounting of some major historical issues/events that we never learned in school. However, they are vital to our understanding of the corruption, coverup, and depth of lies and deceit that continues to be perpetrated on all Americans – all with the collusion of public officials from one century to another. This remains an invisible but, nonetheless, criminal compact of enormous proportions. It affects all Americans and everyone else on the planet. I urge everyone to read this, share it with everyone you know, and do your homework over the 4th of July Nationwide General Strike for which United We Strike and I are calling. The New World dis-Order plan of lies and deceit is over. We will no longer buy into their “USA Inc.” This was a corporate-planned nightmare that has deliberately destroyed our country and Gaia’s ecosystem for the benefit of banksters and other elites – all at the expense of the 99% rest of us. Unknown American History 1: Incorporated “Government” Entities We are no longer under our original 1789 “Constitution for the united states of America.” It was destroyed by stealth when the Act of 1871 was treasonously passed by a criminal Congress. This made Washington, D.C., a corporation beholden to England’s bankers. The District of Columbia is a separate city state, just as are Vatican City and the inner part of London. All three geographic areas are key centers of interlocking financial power for this planet. After the Civil War, America was in deep financial trouble – essentially, it was bankrupt. So, on February 21, 1871, the 41st Congress [with NO AUTHORITY to do this!] “creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia” [Washington, D.C.] for this area’s 10-square miles. This “was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America. Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically the Rothschilds of London) to incur a debt to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.” See: www.byronwine.com/files/1871.pdf By this act, Washington, D.C., and then eventually all the other states became a corporation that was “owned by foreign interests” and beholden to the banksters. It then began operating via Private International Law. America, then had a new and illegal constitution, called: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. (Note all capital letters, and “OF” was substituted for the original “for.” Our original Constitution was spelled this way: “The Constitution for the united states of America”). The District of Columbia then became an INCORPORATED government – no longer a republic. This new “CONSTITUTION” is a separate and illegal document that benefits the corporations – not us! Over the ensuing decades – and again by stealth and with the complicity of Congress (could this have even been done without Congress?) – this became the illegal corporate takeover of all the other states. This form of corporate law is based on Roman Civil Law and Admiralty or Maritime Law – not Common Law. None of this is taught to us in any school! The complexity and deceit are ENORMOUS. For 142 years, this façade has been ILLEGALLY in place with the help of public officials, the media, and the three branches of “US Inc.” government and their corrupt corporate agencies. To add to this criminality, in 1892, the Bankers’ Manifesto was adopted, stating: “We [the bankers] must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance. The Farmers Alliance and Knights of Labor organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them…. “The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible. “When through the process of the law, the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.” Remember this was written in 1892. More than a decade later, and while in office (from 1907-1917) Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr., revealed the Bankers’ Manifesto to Congress – and thus to the American people. All present and succeeding debts of the U.S. Treasury were assumed by the Federal Reserve (a municipal corporation). Remember, the Federal Reserve is a private banking consortium. It has been in business for 100 years, and this whole time has been stealing from us. Here is more information. What happens when the “nation” is bankrupt, as it is now? Essentially, this means that Congress does not work for us. So-called “public” officials are working for US Inc. “WE THE PEOPLE” HAVE BEEN DUPED! 2: Unlawful Constitutional Amendments a) There are two original Amendments that must get widespread coverage. Firstly, the original 13th Amendment was deleted (sometime before the civil War) without any public discussion. This is not in any of the current “CONSTITUTION” printings or online. This is the original: “No title of Nobility can be granted by the United States [NOTE: not all capital letters] and no person holding any office under them can, without the consent of Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title of any kind whatever from any King, Prince or Foreign State. “Any Citizen of the United States accepting, claiming, receiving, or retaining,any title of nobility or honour, or, without the consent of Congress, accepting and retaining any present, pension, office, or emolument, of any kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince or Foreign Power, such person ceases to be a citizen of the United States, and is incapable of holding any office under them or either of them.” Without any public discussion, this amendment was deleted. In its place is now the Abolishing of Slavery. b) The 16th Amendment was only ratified by four states. This is the original text: AMENDMENT XVI Passed by Congress July 2, 1909. Ratified February 3, 1913. “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever sources derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.” Therefore, without proper ratification, this amendment is actually null and void. Yet, it is included in current printings of the now corporate and illegal CONSTITUTION. Abraham Lincoln instituted Martial Law during the Civil War. However, after he was assassinated, it was never rescinded. This is in part, why we have a centuries-long scenario of “perpetual” wars – one war after another to feed the out-of-control greed of the banksters, while millions of people lost their lives in wars deliberately created for corporate and elite profits on “both” sides. Any current “threats” of instituting Martial Law are spurious, because it is already there. 4: Your Social Security Number (SSN) This 9-digit number was created in 1936, supposedly to track your earnings and benefits. It does far more than that. It is “another excise tax imposed on income, in addition to other taxes” and according to the Internal Revenue Code, has nothing to do with “insurance.” The Code reads: IRC (Internal Revenue Code) 3101. Rate of tax. (a) Old-age, survivors, and disability insurance [my bold italics]. In addition to other taxes, there is hereby imposed on the income of every individual a tax equal to the following percentages of the wages (as defined in section 3121(a)) received by him with respect to employment (as defined in section 3121(b) [See: www.usa-the-republic.com/revenue/true_history/Chap7.html] As noted in this chapter just cited above, “social” means “public” and “security” is corporation stock. This means: “When you get a social security number, you are activating or creating the public stock (security) of the corporation known as the United States, stock created for you to use, which adds to their collateral. By getting a social security number you declare yourself to be public stock of the U.S. government. You ARE a social (public) security, with a security number, you do not GET social security insurance!” [See above-cited link.] This Social Security number belongs to the US Inc. government and, your name, in ALL CAPS, is included. This makes you a U.S. Corporate [US Inc.] “citizen.” This number means you declare yourself to be a public “stock” of the US Inc. government. We became collateral for US Inc. to acquire debt. Did we ever learn this in any classroom? 5. Your Birth Certificate Number Remember, now we are under Admiralty Law, the law of the seas. The UCC (Universal Commercial Code, the bible of business all over the earth) coordinates and harmonizes all 50 states’ sales. This code is based on ancient Vatican Canon Law. Going back to the days of the Caesars in Rome (and Roman Canon Law), the Roman Empire established that all nations worked on a “level” playing field. These regulations STILL exist “under the Roman Catholic Church” and the UCC. Birth registration or “certificates” started in 1921, under the federal Sheppard-Towner Maternity Act. This was another bill of goods “sold” to a duped and un-informed public who were then told it would “reduce maternal and infant mortality, protect the health of mothers and infants, and for ‘other purposes’.” One of those ‘other purposes’ provided for the establishment of a federal bureau designed to cooperate with state agencies in the overseeing of its operations and expenditures. What it really did was create a federal birth registry which exists today, creating ‘federal children.’ This government, under the doctrine of “Parens Patriae,” [Latin: one’s country’s parent, ie. government] now legislates for American children as if they are owned by the federal government. Through the public school enrollment process and continuing license requirements for most aspects of daily life, these children grow up to be adults indoctrinated into the process of asking for “permission” from the government… to do all those things necessary to carry out daily activities that exist in what is called a ‘free country.’” [See: http://macquirelatory.com/Birth%20Certificate%20Truth.htm] At birth, the parents do not get an original birth certificate. They get a copy which is written on Exchequecher bank note paper that is owned by the [British] Crown – “even for Americans. Further, since 1933, when the U.S. went bankrupt, our birth and marriage certificates “pledge the people as collateral against those loans and municipal bonds taken out with the Federal Reserve’s banks.” [See: macquirelatory, just cited above.] Our birth certificates are a security; and they are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Why do you think when you call to see if a company is hiring, you have to go through a division known as Human Resource? The people are resources to the government, their birth certificates are a security on the New York Stock Exchange, which is why if you look at all birth certificates in America, it will say at the bottom this is printed on security paper, do not accept if not on full color security paper. At the bottom, you will always have a series of numbers, red numbers printed on the birth certificate, in which those numbers are a security stock exchange number on the World Stock Exchange, in which the American people are worth money to the International Bank that bought the government in the 1930′s. [See: macquirelatory, cited above] This is Just the Tip of the Proverbial Iceberg To take this idea a bit further, the depths of the deceit go down miles and miles into the “ocean.” The educational system (along with most other institutions and agencies) is so riddled with corruption, we never have known either our real collective stories or what is really happening today. Everything is an Orwellian façade of massive proportions – all deliberately created. We are already a society that is dumbed-down and heavily poisoned through the water, food supply, dangerous vaccines, and air and soil rife with lethal aerosol Chemtrails and other immune-supressing hazards. We have been set up to be automatons. Robots are glorified in the movies. This global societal paradigm is based on harm and fear. That is in the movies, on TV, and in war stories that are all glorified. So, children learn hate and fear at an early age. It is passed on from generation to generation. The lyrics in Rogers and Hammerstein’s 1949 musical “South Pacific” say it all: “You’ve got to be taught to hate and fear, You’ve got to be taught from year to year, It’s got to be drummed in your dear little ear You’ve got to be carefully taught. You’ve got to be taught to be afraid Of people whose eyes are oddly made, And people whose skin is a diff’rent shade, You’ve got to be carefully taught. This is a society gone amok for centuries! It is truly a wrong and destructive timeline. Glorifiying harm and fear never works. It perpetuates a scenario that was deliberately created by those in charge. That is over, as attested to by all the on-going global-wide demonstrations. Music, Healing for the Soul: New Creative Priorities We are not taught to think critically, analytically, or creatively. We do not usually think ouside the proverbial box. Chronic EMF poisoning doesn’t help us to think clearly either. What is the first thing that gets cut in any fiscal state budget crisis? The “ARTS.” Music. Dance. Painting. Sculpture. Poetry. Writing. The Needle arts. First the programs are cut. Then the schools close. This is not imaginary! I know countless school arts programs that have been cut – even decades ago. Now the schools are closing. (Is the out-of-control war budget being cut?) The list of our creativity is HUGE! This is our souls on fire! Oh, the joys of playing the piano, or knitting a sweater, or writing, or embroidering something ravishing! We are culturally bankrupt. If children do not learn the magical and rewarding aspects of creativity – what then do we have? Music reaches us at our soul’s depths. It connects us to a higher state of consciousness. Just last week PBS-TV did a news feature on the skyrocketing costs of studying at Julliard and the fact that more and more concerts and musical events have fewer and fewer young people. If budgets are being slashed for the arts, it is no wonder! Before he was appointed its conductor in 2009 – at age 28! – he taught music to thousands of children in Venezuela with an incredible program called “La Sistema” – teaching clasical music to impoverished children. To expose our children and grandchildren to these musicians is the real direction we can go culturally and spiritually, too. This will help heal our psyches. I have been very fortunate to have been exposed to classical music from the time I was very young. Music is key in my life. I am now sharing this passion with my grandchildren. When my granddaughter was 3 ½, I took her to her first ballet performance. After the performance she was dancing and laughing for the next three hours. It was transformative for her! Since my other granddaughter was 5, I have taken her to several classical children’s concerts with the Portland Baroque Orchestra. It is very special time we share together; and I am passing on to her my passion for music. This is Monica Huggett’s tremendous musical gift for all children! Our New Society Around our global, we need a completely new societal paradigm! We need to teach our children the vital importance of LOVE! This is something I did with my own children decades ago. With each step, and with millions of people around the world already living their lives based in love, caring, compassion, sharing, ethical values, and a higher spiritual good, some of this New Society is already in the works. Millions of people around the globe are already joining together to create this marvelous New Society! We must also take very good care of Gaia, our Mother Earth! I believe very deeply that this is a scared responsibility for us. She has been suffering for not just decades, but centuries. The harm that people have done is enormous. The trees are dying. The animals are being wiped out. The web of life has been under deliberate cabal attack. They orchestrated this. Now, we are taking back our sovereignty. With that, we have to assume a primary responsibility as Gaia’s sacred caretakers. Instead of harm, we can join together in a task of love to repair her oceans and help all the wondrous cetaceans and other sea creatures who call this home. We can plant trees and bring back Gaia’s “lungs” – without which we cannot breathe! We can clean the soil and rid it of Chemtrails, GMOs, and pesticides. We can join in tasks of healing that will go to the core of who we truly are. We have that Divine Courage. No matter where we live, this old, worn-out system is beyond any repair. It is unfixable. So, I am urging everyone to take time over the 4th of July and do your homework and become informed sovereign citizens. There is no 237th anniversary year since 1776 to celebrate, because of all of the above deception. The 4th of July is a complete corporate-government fiction. Let us join together in Peace and Love, Harmony and Compassion, Kindness and Joy. Let us set an example to others by being heart-centered while working from the highest ethical spaces of an elevated consciousness. Let us reach for the stars! Remember: the harmony of the spheres truly is the harmony in our hearts. We can use these four days to create a transformative national scenario that can go global. We begin with heart-centered steps of Love. We come from meditative spaces deep in our hearts to create these new bonds. They are based upon a completely different direction from what we see. We now see that we can not only do this, but we can heal our hearts, heal our relationships, and heal Gaia. It is all inter-related. It is the path that has the highest good for all of us. It is the path that brings us tremendous healing through the extraordinary power of Love. US Trawler Rams Canadian Navy Frigate, 6 Injured

MOSCOW, April 24 (RIA Novosti) - A US fishing trawler crashed into a Royal Canadian Navy frigate near Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt on Vancouver Island on Tuesday, injuring six people, Canadian media reported.
The CBC broadcaster said that according to an eyewitness, at about 8:20 a.m. the American Dynasty trawler, led out by two tugs, was leaving a big ship repair dock attached to the base when it hit HMCS Winnipeg.
It is unclear what caused the incident, but “it appeared the fishing vessel went forward when it should have gone backwards,” CBC said.
Six civilians were taken to hospital, The Province reported.
“Whatever happened, it happened fairly quickly. It wasn’t even a couple of minutes when the tug backed off in a hurry and very quickly, within 15 to 20 seconds, we heard the boom and the wall of water rushed over the Winnipeg’s bow,” Larry Edwards, with Esquimalt public works department, was quoted as saying.
HMCS Winnipeg has just undergone a massive and expensive refit and systems upgrade. The fishing vessel is currently stuck in the frigate’s bow.

If the county and the states let this happen.. There is absolutely no constitution and no
defense to the total takeover of America.. This is very bad, but if the counties start talking
to the people of their county and get a plan of action, they can still be stopped.
For instance, get the National Guard commanders for Oregon and find out how important
their Oath of office is. You must take some high ranking sheriffs and begin meeting with
these Officers, if you are not already. They can be made to see the real danger coming our
way, and if they believe the people will back them up they may stand with you.
I can tell you this is very serious and a dash to destroy everything our Nation stands for.
They are out to enslave us all. They are running out of time and will hurt anyone & everyone

Federal Framework Being Set Up To Arrest Sheriffs

Colorado, and apparently Texas (next) are being targeted with an attempt to set up a federal authority framework that will enable Secret Service agents (not just those guarding the president), and others of the U.S. Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians and specialists, and other ‘special officers’, to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law (or anyone breaking the law). The bills being introduced defines law as including any rule, regulation, executive order, court order, statute or constitutional provision.

Why are they doing this? Here’s why...

It would establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president (Secret Service). It would enable the president / executive branch to theoretically override the actions and preventative measures that are now being taken by many States throughout the country who are trying to preserve 2nd Amendment gun rights and who are prohibiting the enforcement of unconstitutional law passed by Congress or pushed by executive order.

As some of you may know, a growing list of sheriffs (more than 340 so far) across the country have expressed that they will not enforce a Washington mandate that clearly violates the Second Amendment. Many State laws to preserve gun rights are gaining momentum. States include Montana, Ohio, Kentucky, Idaho, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Utah, and New Mexico. However, in Colorado, Senate Bill SB-13-013 has evidently just passed, and is now ready to be signed by the governor, giving police powers and arrest authority to the federal/executive branch of government (Secret Service) within the State. In Texas a similar bill has just been introduced in the State legislature.

The president and vice-president Biden have been actively pursuing state legislatures and pushing for passage of the bills. Obama is scheduled to visit Colorado in just a few days. “Colorado is a pawn for the Obama-Biden plan,” and then on to the next... at least those that won’t fall into line. It is a full court press by the federal government to empower themselves even further by inserting themselves as police authority within the state, to eliminate opposition.
